  Salesman Chris Graf was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the 2 vehicles that we purchased . He also had great communication skills and he kept us informed on every aspect of the transaction. During the actual purchase process he made sure we were informed about all the details that we needed to complete the sale of the 2 cars. Other staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we asked. I was very impressed with the results of the transaction. I won’t hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone else. Thanks especially to Chris Graf for helping us to find the cars we wanted.

  Huge thank you to Chris Graf and the team CDJR in Leesburg! I walked in and fell in love with a 2020 Dodge Charger GT and Chris was able to work with me and get me on the road in my new baby. I've been driving a car that I settled for and it never really felt like my own and now I can't help but smile every time I look in the driveway. It's a great feeling and Chris and the team made it so easy and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Everyone was extremely laid back and easy to talk to while still being incredibly professional and letting you feel like you're in good hands. Thanks again Chris!

  Was trying to communicate online with the internet crew the entire week getting things situated to make a purchase. Agreed to drive in on the weekend. Was dropped into the lap of Mr Menjivar with him having no idea what was discussed and was told he was “new”. If he’s new they need 5 more of him. Mario stepped up and helped us find the midlife crisis we both loved. Jeep Gladiator. If there was a question he didn’t know, wasn’t afraid to say so and found the answers quick. I went from being hesitant to even engage, to extremely glad I did. He and Nick made the entire (long) process easy and as enjoyable as possible. Mr. Menjivar continues to check in to this day making sure we are happy and enjoying our decision. If service and the rest of the company is like him, you’ll be in good hands. Do yourself a favor and ask for Mario by name. You’ll be glad you did!

  I had a good experience. Everyone there was very friendly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. A very bright spot was Nik. He helped with the add work I had done. His knowledge and recommendations were awesome. And Matt my sales guy made sure everything went smoothly.

  I had an outstanding experience at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I specifically want to recognize Juan Finol for going above and beyond. From the moment I brought my Jeep in, Juan was professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to walk me through everything clearly. What really stood out is that he advocated for me with the warranty company and worked to get as much covered as possible—ultimately saving me thousands of dollars. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference. Having your vehicle in the shop is never convenient, but Juan made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. He even had my jeep washed. My car was returned to me working and clean which shows attention to detail and pride in service. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, communication, and genuine care for the customer the way Juan does and ladies….he’s easy on the eyes too! If you’re bringing your vehicle in, I highly recommend asking for him—you’ll be in excellent hands.
