4 months agoIm writing to share my recent experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County. I was very impressed with Ramone. His ability to help ease my anxiety was outstanding. You see, initially, I was a bit nervous due to my husband being absent. Ramone gave me the reassurance I needed. His support made a difference. Please thank him for providing such excellent service. I appreciate Ramone for his professionalism and his salesmanship.....

4 months agoI had a great experience here. I bought a Chevy truck, which was not one of their products. They still took very good care of it and made sure it was in pristine shape before turning the keys over to me. Very fair negotiation, transparent, and the financing process was the simplest and fastest one I've ever had with a vehicle purchase. I would absolutely visit this dealership again in the future. Thank you!! P.S. Ask for Wilmer, he was great.

5 months agoRecently bought my Durango SRT dealership is great, no hassle, fair pricing. Pamela Sosa-Rodriguez was our salesperson and she was very sweet. If you need service ask for Curtis, he is amazing. Curtis is caring, attentive, professional and friendly. We took the Durango on our first trip to Pittsburgh and performance was great! Very happy with our purchase!

4 months agoI bought my jeep Wrangler here and had every bit of service done at this dealership for ten years. After recently selling my Jeep, I went back to the dealership to get an oil change for my new car. I’ve been loyal this long, so why not? A routine oil change turned into a huge headache. My car immediately was making an awful vibration sound. After getting underneath the car I saw that 4 screws were missing from the undercarriage cover. I figured they lost them when they put it back on after the oil change so I went and purchased replacement screws. Still there was the sound of metal hitting metal so we had to remove the entire undercarriage cover and discovered the wrong filter was used on my car and was hitting the undercarriage because it didn’t fit properly (probably for an older model of this car). Photos show this, and the new filter I just bought to replace the one they just put on. I’ve spent weeks trying to figure this out and multiple trips to automotive stores because this dealership tried to take shortcuts. They could have simply told me “we don’t have the right filter” and “we lost a few screws in the process”. I don’t trust them and won’t come back after this experience.

7 months agoI had an amazing experience at the dealership, and a huge part of that was thanks to Willmer Peña and Mike. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Trading in my dream car — my widebody Challenger Scat Pack — wasn’t an easy decision emotionally, but Willmer and Mike handled everything with respect, patience, and zero pressure. They took the time to walk me through every option, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Because of them, I drove off in a 2026 Ram Rebel that I absolutely love. The deal was fair, the process was efficient, and most importantly, I never felt rushed or pushed. It felt like they truly cared about putting me in the right vehicle—not just making a sale. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity, communication, and customer experience, ask for Willmer Peña and Mike. I couldn’t recommend them more. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
