  When I first started shopping for a truck, I called just about every dealership in the tri-state area. At the time, I didn’t have my mind set on any specific truck, I was simply looking for the best value and the best overall buying experience. When I called Warwick CJDR, I spoke with J.J., and right away he came across as honest, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. We went back and forth for a bit, but initially we couldn’t get the numbers where I wanted them to be. Instead of pushing me into something, J.J. told me that a new month was coming up and that he would keep an eye out for updated incentives to see if anything changed. Honestly, I didn’t expect to hear from him again. About a week later, J.J. called me with the new incentives, and they brought the lease payment much closer to what I was looking for. That was enough for me to come in, see the truck in person, and meet him face to face. A few hours later, I was driving home in a brand-new Ram 1500 with more options than I originally planned on getting and at a price better than I could have expected. From start to finish, everyone involved in the process from J.J. to the finance team made the experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. There was no high-pressure sales tactic, no surprise dealer add-ons, and no nonsense.   Our sales person, JJ, was absolutely the most attentive salesmen we have ever had the pleasure to worked with. Between my husband, and myself, we have bought at least 8 new vehicles over the years together, and JJ was knowledgeable, honest, and just plain wonderful to work along a long side. Even during negotiation he was respectful, and worked to bring the price down where we could handle the price. We brought information from other dealerships around the northeast and this dealership was very willing to match the prices or beat them. We believe anyone can get a good deal here.   Just got a really great deal on my Jeep Rubicon. My salesperson JJ and my financial person Gil were wonderful. They explained everything answered all my questions professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Jeep, Chrysler or a Dodge!

  If you are looking for a stress-free truck-buying experience, look no further than Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warwick. We just picked up our new 2025 Ram 2500 and the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. It all started with Nyasia Echevarria. She was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to talk to. We spoke with her several times on the phone to work through the details, and there was none of that "ick" feeling you can sometimes get from other dealerships. She truly listened to what we needed and helped us get to a deal we felt great about. Once the groundwork was laid, Tony Carrion took us to the finish line. The first time on the phone with him, you would have thought we were all long lost family! He is a total pro who ensured every detail of our trade-in and financing was handled with complete transparency and zero games. The truck was prepped and looking absolutely amazing when we pulled onto the lot. We drove 2 1/2 hours from Connecticut to Warwick, NY, and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat!   This was such a positive experience. I was shopping for a Jeep for more than a month and a half every other jeep deal that I went to there was an issue bad communication or something as simple as they did not wanna help me. Everything changed when I reached out to Warwick Jeep Fantastic customer service, fantastic communication, and no dramatics whatsoever. I have to mention that JJ who helped me answered all my questions and old boy that I have questions. He’s a real guy, a real sales person and a real professional.
