  Incredible experience here with Andrew as our salesman. He worked with us very well and made the process extremely smooth. Also about the car... Had the cleanest engine bay I've ever seen on a 10+ year old vehicle. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  I had such a great experience with Eric! He understood exactly what I wanted and hit it out of the park with the first Jeep he showed me. He was super easy to talk to and was very honest. I felt immediately at ease with him and he made the entire experience enjoyable! Truly a great person and the best auto salesman I’ve ever encountered! Everyone else I met was also very kind, helpful and I felt comfortable at the dealership. Love my new Wagoneer!! Thank you!

  We had an excellent experience at this dealership. Peggy was absolutely amazing—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for and redirected us to the right person. The entire team made our trade-in process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We drove all the way from Long Island, NY because of the outstanding deal and competitive pricing they offered, and it was well worth the trip.   I had an outstanding experience at CDJR of Willoughby. From start to finish, the entire car-buying process was quick, easy and completely stress-free—exactly what I was hoping for when shopping for my brand new 2026 Dodge Durango. A special thank-you to Jason Causley, who was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I had all the information I needed and never once made me feel pressured. I also want to personally thank James Reinart, the owner, for fostering such a welcoming dealership environment, and Lorenzo Martino in financing for making the paperwork smooth, clear and efficient.   I brought my car into this Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership expecting the usual “meh” experience… you know, the kind where you age 3–5 business years in the waiting room and leave questioning your life choices. Instead, I was personally victimized… by how good their service department is. First of all, my advisor Sarah? Suspiciously competent. Like, are they trained somewhere secret? Do they attend a hidden academy where they learn how to actually listen, explain things clearly, and not make you feel like you accidentally walked into a mechanical interrogation? And the technicians… I’m convinced they don’t fix cars—they perform automotive miracles. I came in with a problem and left with a vehicle that runs smoother than my last relationship (which, to be fair, is a low bar—but still). Communication? Unreal. I got updates before I even had time to start dramatically assuming the worst. At one point I was like, “Wait… you’re… keeping me informed? Voluntarily?? Who allowed this level of professionalism?” Also, shoutout to whoever runs the flow of that shop, because things actually happen on time. I didn’t have to pack a lunch, dinner, and emotional support snacks just to survive the visit. Honestly, it’s a little concerning. Now every other dealership experience in my life is ruined. My standards are permanently raised, my expectations are unrealistic, and I will absolutely be judging all future service departments against this one like a harsh reality TV judge. In conclusion: • Did they fix my car? Yes. • Did they restore my faith in humanity? Also yes. • Would I come back? Against my better judgment, 100%. If you’re looking for a place that will take care of your vehicle and make you feel like a valued human instead of “Repair Order #47291,” this is it. Five stars. No notes. Slightly suspicious excellence.
