  My husband brought our truck here for a simple diagnostic test. They scheduled it for May 29th at 10am. Had to call after results a week later to find out that they just started it last week. Then then we got a call about they can't find the issue, they needed to do further testing, ok, no problem, go ahead. Well we got a phone call yesterday evening saying our truck is ready so my husband and son drive over there to pick it up, my son gets it back to our house and my husband smells burning oil. He pops the hood and the engine is smoking. He gets in there with a flash light and he finds a bolt is missing from the valve cover, our truck had no oil leaks prior to going in this shop. He took it back over, they put the bolt back on but our truck is now still leaking oil. Gave us an appointment, took almost 2 weeks to do a simple job and somehow rushed it at the last minute. A bolt is something small to easily miss but also at the expense of the customer, mind you it didn't go in with an oil leak. We will take our business and money Heritage or Faulkner from here on. We've never once had an issue with those dealerships. When ciocca was forrer we never once had an issue, but this place has gone down hill after the switch of hands. If you have ram trucks I'd highly suggest avoiding this place. We went in for a diagnostic test and our truck came back with an oil leak, nothing pertaining as to why we needed a diagnostic test. Another customer may very easily go in for a simple maintenance and come out with severed wires or worse. If you have a RAM truck avoid at all costs.

  This shows exactly why I shop and service at Ciocca of Duncannon! We have always had the best customer service. Very pleasant surprise coming out of Sam’s Club today to find this. Kudos to the marketing team! Thanks for ducking Arlin!

  I had a great experience working with Michael at Ciocca CDJR of Duncannon. From the start, he was honest, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. I wasn’t originally planning to buy a vehicle this soon, so I had a lot of questions, and he made sure to explain my options clearly and realistically. Michael treated me like a younger brother in a good way looking out for me and making sure I understood the process, the numbers, and the warranty options before moving forward. He stayed transparent the entire time and kept communication solid, even when things got busy. I also appreciated the warranty that came with the vehicle, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, the experience felt genuine and respectful, not like a typical pushy car sale.   I would highly recommend Ciocca in Duncannon. Jim and his team were absolutely amazing to work with, and they got us in the truck we wanted. First dealership we've ever been to where everyone was professional, friendly and made us feel like family.

  I can't say enough about the service, department, parts department and the techs. I had a engine replaced under warranty, the communication with me was outstanding between the service manager Haden and the service advisor Shannon are top notch. I also met the tech that installed the engine. Great guy very knowledgeable and thoughro. They actually made me feel like part of the family. Thank you guys awesome job!!!
