  I had an outstanding experience at City World Ford and wanted to recognize the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, Rafael, my sales associate, was professional, respectful, and incredibly attentive to my time. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, never applying pressure and always making sure my questions were answered clearly. It truly felt like he cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. A special thank you as well to Juan, the Finance Manager, who went above and beyond in explaining every detail of the pricing and monthly payment options for my new Ford Explorer. He took the time to carefully break everything down so I fully understood the numbers, which made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision.   Love the service everytime I come here. I’ve gotten 3 different cars on 3 separate occasions. The staff is always welcoming, my go to guy is Aaron. I for sure recommend anyone to come here if they are looking to buy any vehicle.

  Could not recommend a better dealership to work with when buying a new car. Edwin and the rest of the team were transparent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The vehicle was exactly as represented, and I am extremely happy with my 2025 Ford Explorer, which was in excellent condition. A smooth, straightforward buying experience from start to finish.   I recently accompanied my father in the purchase of a new vehicle at City World Ford and the transaction was great. Jonathan was very kind and helpful during the process, he was also very transparent and explained all documentation presented to us before purchasing the car. The entire staff was also very friendly.   I honestly wish Google allowed more than 5 stars, because this dealership truly deserves 10 out of 5. Given the way my credit is set up, they deserve an Oscar for making this deal happen and not just happening, but happening with a great interest rate and terms that actually made sense for me. From day one, Ruddy was amazing. He was professional, patient, and truly listened. He asked me exactly what type of car I wanted and what color —and that’s exactly what he put me in. No pressure, no upselling, and no trying to push me into something I didn’t want. That alone speaks volumes. Claudia, the office manager, was just as impressive. She was respectful, professional, and made sure every single one of my needs was taken care of. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. And Humberto, the finance manager top tier. He worked hard to match me with a lender that truly fit my situation and needs. He was transparent, professional, and made sure I understood everything. My credit is far from perfect, so for this team to pull this off the way they did was nothing short of magnificent. If you’re worried about your credit, nervous about the process, or just want to work with people who actually care this is the dealership to go to.
