  Exceptional service. I shopped all across Texas and ultimately found Clark Knapp- they provided the best pricing I came across and gave me a very fair offer for my trade. I worked with Diego, who was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. They also made the process incredibly convenient with virtual signing, and they even delivered my new Honda pilot while driving my trade-in back.   I recently purchased a truck from Clark-Knapp Honda and had an outstanding experience. My sales consultant was Jose Vasquez. From the beginning, he promised me he would get me the truck I wanted for the price I wanted—and he delivered exactly that. As a first-time buyer, that meant a lot to me. He understood what I was working with and made the whole process easy, honest, and stress-free. Sales manager Benny Garcia was also excellent. He worked hard negotiating the price and rates to get me the best deal possible. Both of them knew what I was working with, knew how much I loved the truck, and even stayed past closing time to make sure everything got done in my liking. No BS—just straight-up honest service.   Went in on friday 22nd and saw vehicle with red tag sale $18990,dropped by Saturday 23rd still marked $18990, Monday morning 25th get call from Nate then call from Benito then Jaime,said yes price is good,went in at 9:15am 25th, Jaime says price is $35,000, wrong price! Said were human we make mistakes! No Called Bait And Switch!!! False Advertisement!!!! Have pictures of price!!! Never Again! Clark Nap No Valles!!!!

  Susan was absolutely amazing! My car wouldn’t start, so I ended up going to Honda with my dad, and she made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything to both of us. She kept me updated throughout the entire process while my car was getting taken care of, which I really appreciated. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and I was able to get a new battery without any stress. Overall, such a great experience because of her!
