3 months agoInternet staff and sales manager followed up and made me a great deal. My delivery salesman Rico was patient and informative. He was very relaxing to transact with, which is great when you’ve traveled a few hours to get there. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealer and team again in the future or to recommend them to friends.

3 months agoThe vehicle I purchased was a surprise for my son and I drove all the way from Florida for this specific car. They knew the distance I was driving, relative time I would arrive, and had the vehicle parked at the front door. My first initial observation was that the dealership’s appearance was very nice and clean. They greet you at the door with a smile and have superb customer service. The process was easy and organized. The car performed great on my drive back and my son was very surprised and happy with his new car. I’d definitely recommend this dealership for any automotive needs.

a month agoAbsolute worse car buying experience I have ever had at this dealership, and will not be purchasing a car from this dealership ever. The customer service with the manager was horrible. He made promises to fix the brakes, rotors, rims (in which the paint was clearly rubbing off) and the chips in the windshield. After making promises on Saturday to make the repairs, as my wife and I showed up with a check from our bank (Not to mention that they did not want to accept our negotiation) they did not have the paperwork correct. My wife and I spent time with this dealership on Saturday, so they knew that my wife and I wanted to get this car. Today we arrive and they were not prepared at all. The salesman was new, but his manager is the worse. If you go here, this guy will try to finesse you in to a car without honoring one word that "He" promised. Furthermore, I want to stress that I believe that this dude has a problem with a very financial stable couple who does not need to barter for the purchase of a car. I completely felt that being an educated and financially sound black man intimidated this small man. He seemed to want to control the salesman as our salesman did what he could to help, but his manager did what he could to manipulate the sale of this car as if my wife and I did not have a choice. I am far from uneducated and very far from ignorant. Once I told them that they were not honoring the deal, the manager tried to finesse the situation by telling me that those were after marker rims, which negates the fact that once again, "He" said that they were going to at least paint the rims because they looked horrible. There was a chip in the windshield that they also refused to repair. Upon doing the test drive on Saturday, we told them that there was something wrong with the brakes and rotors, which clearly they did not repair either. You have some crooked managers working at this dealership and clearly the salesman we had is not getting the proper training,

2 months agoGates was fantastic to work with and made the entire process so easy! He helped me find the exact car I wanted and had it brought in within a day. Everything was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. I really appreciated how helpful and responsive he was throughout the whole experience!

4 months agoScam alert with this dealership’s service department! I’m new in town and needed a Lincoln dealer. I thought I’d give them a chance. Run don’t walk away from this service department! Highway robbery. They saw me pull up in a nice car and thought they would railroad me. By their own admission…their rate is $210 an hour. A little high but not the problem. They tried to charge me $1200 (6 hours of work) to change the spark plugs which is about $400 (a 2 hour job) normally. They said it was so high because it was hard to get to. They also said I needed a new valve cover gasket because it was leaking and that would run me $3600 (12 hours in labor) for a 6 hour job normally $1200. Keep in mind the spark plugs are accessible once you go to replace the valve cover gasket…so they were actually double charging me for labor they could have been doing at the same time. TOTALLY unethical. They were close on their quote for the purge valve. Classic Ford…I got the purge valve and spark plugs done at a top notch reputable shop for $970 out the door AND the second opinion confirmed the valve gasket is not even leaking. You lied! Shady!!! You have lost my trust forever! Shame on you Classic Ford. I will never return. I should have known when it took me two weeks to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. NEVER AGAIN!!! I feel sorry for the innocent ladies who don’t know what you’re pedaling. Everything done in darkness comes to light!
