  I came on the lot at 5:40pm on a Friday. I was immediately greeted and led right to the Bronco I asked to drive. Gary was incredibly laid back and friendly letting both my brother and I take it for a test drive as long as we wanted. I wanted to buy it but it was a bit beyond a price I was willing to pay. They worked out a deal within my price range that I couldn't refuse. I have to say that I had a great experience with this dealership and would definitely come back again. I have already put almost 200 miles on the Bronco and I love it more than when I first took the keys. Thank you guys for an experience I won't soon forget. You gave me the vehicle of my dreams and I'm so thankful.

  We recently bought a Tahoe from Anthony Graham at Shelby Ford, and I can say this was honestly the smoothest car buying process we have encountered. Anthony took something that is typically a LONG boring process and turned it into a fun experience and had us laughing with him the entire time. We had our 8 month old with us, so I was nervous how it would go, but he got the ball rolling and got us out of there in our new car in such a timely manner. (Even got our a baby a balloon while we were waiting). Our family cannot recommend Anthony and the team at Shelby Ford enough! We will definitely be back for any future purchases!

  Great customer service! My recalls couldn’t all be completed on the original day due to parts availability, but they got me back in quickly and finished everything for my 2020 Ford Explorer. They had to keep my vehicle overnight and even provided me with a rental, which I liked so much that I may consider purchasing one in the future. From the very first service visit, the communication was excellent from Hannah. Even the advisor that had just started 3 wks ago, done an Amazing job when Hannah was away from her desk. Not only did they keep me updated verbally, but they also provided a video showing everything that was done to my vehicle in the shop. That was truly the icing on the cake! I’ve never had a service department do that before, and it showed how thorough and transparent they are. Even down to the cashier she was very informative and easy to pick up my vehicle and return the rental. I’m extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  This was one of the easiest and quickest buying experience. I met with Anthony Graham and took my 2026 Ford F150 Lariat for a test drive and signed the papers and took delivery withoutbwaitung or multiple trips back to the dealer. Anthony explained and went over every detail and features that are new to the vehicle. This type of service has been missing at other dealerships. I had been looking for a specific color and package and found it, thanks to their extensive Inventory. Classic Ford Lincoln of Shelby has earned my respect and loyalty as a customer.

  Employees are super friendly. My seller, Rebecca was personable and was able to get exactly what I asked for as far as price and payment goes. I left there feeling like a part of the family.
