  Working with Classic Ford of Smithfield was exactly what you'd hope for. I brought my 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor in for an oil change and to have the Ford Performance calibration (tune) installed. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exactly what I hoped for. The pricing I purchased through Ford's website was honored without any hassle. There were no surprises or attempts to charge additional fees—they simply took care of it. I know the Ford Performance tunes can sometimes be a challenge because not every dealership is familiar with the installation process. I've heard plenty of stories about dealerships struggling with them, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Dane and Dan clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. The tune was completed without any issues, and my truck runs exactly as it should. It's obvious they care about doing the job right instead of just getting customers in and out the door. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, and treated my truck with respect throughout the entire visit. If you have a Ford Performance tune that needs to be installed—or you simply want a dealership with competent technicians and great customer service—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Classic Ford of Smithfield. Dane and Dan made the entire experience easy, and I'll gladly return for future service.

  Octavius is top notch. He was very patient as I test drove 3 different trucks trying to decide exactly what I wanted, knowing I wasn't planning to purchase a truck for another few months. Well, the next day I made a call and 2 days later I was picking up my new ride. Octavius got me an answer to every question I had in a timely manner. Shout out to Averianna and Lou for their part in the process. Very pleasant buying experience.

  Fantastic sales team. Very low pressure sales. Was expecting only to look however they had the perfect vehicle on lot that was not on their website. Shout out to Frank for talking with me over the phone, Jessica who accommodated me on the test drive and made the process so smooth, The sales manager for expediting the process. And the wonderful finance lady. She was able to handle everything within 20 minutes.

  We were so impressed with our whole experience. Jessica was fantastic to deal with through the whole process and Jen was great with the financial part of it. Also very impressed with the General Manager coming out and personally introduce himself and talk with us. Our daughter will be looking for her dream car after college and it is a Bronco and we will definitely come back to hopefully see Jessica,

  Before Purchasing a Ford eco sport, I had no idea what chaos would ensue. If I could go back in time, I would have never done it. With that being said, due to the recall, it hasn’t been running for well over a year. Even with their interim repair. This is what they did during their interim repair, this is the quality of work my car received. From me paying out of pocket for a rental (I was told it would be reimbursed, it never was). To my car never being truly fixed, to knowing they didn’t fix anything but butchered everything. I will never buy from ford again, get any repairs or maintenance done at any ford dealership… especially not classic ford of Smithfield. I have also told everyone around me, because I personally know two others who had the same experience and had to sell!
