  Joey and Matt were both exceptional. I haven't been to a dealership in over 10 years and was nervous about the typical car sales experience. Joey made me feel like he was buying the car with me the entire way instead of selling me a car. Matt provided deep thoughtful explanations throughout the financing process that was easy to understand. It has completely altered my perception of what a car buying experience should be and I commend them both for being good honest people. Great inventory and great prices.

  I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Kia Sportage SX Rachel and Jason was professional, patient, and never made us feel pressured. They took the time to explain all the tech features and made the financing process smooth and transparent. If you’re looking for a Kia, definitely ask for them. The entire process was seamless, but I was most impressed when we reached the finance desk. Usually, that’s where the numbers start to change, but here, there were zero surprises. Mathew didn't try to inflate our payment but only added few bugs for Yearly Service and the Term Care which is good suggest. The price we discussed with the salesperson was the price we signed for. It was a very honest and refreshing experience for me and my wife. Thank you all and I will recommend KIA Classic

  We had a great experience at Classic Kia of Carrollton. Friendly customer service, easy buying experience, and no pushy salesmen. Even though we didn’t use it because we left our kids with a sitter, I loved that there was a kids play area available and good to know for next time. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here!
