  My experience was not positive. I regret convincing my daughter that Nissan in Newport News was reputable and reliable. We were charged 149.00 for side marker lights, which cost 10.00 at the auto parts store. Because of time constraints we agreed to pay the amount. Even at that ridiculous price it was not installed correctly.

  The service department was unable to complete a state inspection despite my having an appointment. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, they had not even started working on my vehicle. This level of service showed a lack of respect for customers' time. If you value your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere for service. Even though they said they would replace the inspection sticker on my brand-new vehicle, the excessive wait made the experience extremely frustrating. Additionally, if I am not mistaken, Jake's customer service and communication skills need significant improvement. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service department based on my visit.

  Absolutely loved my experience with Garrett when making a decision as a first time buyer on which vehicle to choose as a mom of 3! He was very informative and told me if he didnt know something but immediately got the answer for me if needed! I Absolutely LOVE my 26 nissian rouge!! Thank you Garrett!!

  Our experience was pleasant and smooth for the purchase of our 2026 Nissan Rouge SV. Asia remembered us from previous visits as we roamed the parking lot while our 2020 Rouge was being serviced. She remembered key features that we wanted and thanks to her and the supportive staff - made it happened. We are pleased with her, the staff and how efficient the process was. Great attitude, sense of humor and due to her wonderful personality she is truly an asset to your organization. The Rhone Family thanks you.

  Today I went to the Newport News Nissan store to possibly buy a car and Asia was my salesperson. Asia made my car-buying experience absolutely amazing! She helped me get a great deal on my Nissan Armada and made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. I really appreciated her honesty, communication, and positive attitude throughout everything. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for her customers, ask for Asia — I highly recommend her!
