  Excellent service on my Nissan Frontier. I scheduled a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation for 0800 and drove up and got right in and up on the lift. Lionel Hernandez, the service advisor was very friendly and let me know when it was done then we went over the multi-point inspection and what is recommended for the next service at 48K miles. I also got a complementary car wash after all of the pollen that made it shine.

  Sofia was so helpful and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. She along with the staff walked me through the process and got me in the perfect vehicle.   My husband and I stopped by Classic Nissan of Sanford yesterday just to look at a vehicle while considering trading in my current car. The team took the time to listen to what I was looking for, understand my needs, and help me find the perfect trim level without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. They worked hard to make our budget and price point work, and I drove away in a vehicle that I absolutely love. A special thank you to David (salesman), Reggie (sales manager), and Jerry (finance manager) who were phenomenal to work with.   My family and I had a great experience at Classic Nissan of Sanford from start to finish. Robina was our first point of contact and made the process easy, welcoming, and stress-free from the beginning. Reggie followed through and worked hard to make sure everything came together smoothly, answering our questions and keeping things moving without pressure. Finally, Jerry in the finance office was clear, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything, which made the final steps comfortable and straightforward.   Everyone was very warm and friendly from Tony the manager greeting us at the door to Trey our salesperson and Kristen doing our finance, we got the car we wanted, it was a great day!!!!
