  Great customer service and professionalism!! Hassan made me feel welcomed and ensured me he'd get me in my new car!! The whole team stuck with me until the ink was on paper and I had the keys to my new ride! Shout out to Hassan, the finance manager, and the store manager (and I apologize for not recalling your names at present) who worked hard to get me a good deal! I'll definitely refer anyone shopping for a car to go to Classic Toyota of Henderson!!

  Great service experience: organized, on time, technically qualified staff, courteous, polite, down to earth, knowledge service advisor, and went the extra mile relating to communication. 10 out of 10.   Sara from the Service department is why I'm telling you to bring your vehicle here. The folks here understand that you only have so much time, and they get you in, get you out. Kind, considerate, wonderful. I like how they show you exactly what they did. I got an alignment. They worked me in last second and the mechanics have me riding straight straight through a dream in time to make it to OBX, early tomorrow morning. Thank You All

  Scott was my service person at the Henderson dealership. He was patient, kind and able.to explain what I needed. I was able to get financed for he work. He was 100 percent reassuring by doing the necessary work to help me stay in my budget. I was very pleased.
