  Initially it was great. Brittney said all the right things. I ordered the truck from NC to Nashville TN. Then i got the truck. It was filthy and had the bumper zip tied on, broken pieces and horrible attempt at hiding them. I denied the truck. Gm said he’s so sorry and he was putting something in the mail that day to make up for it.then they sold me again on a way more expensive truck, a 2023 tundra crewmax 4x4 and said were helping you out with the cost. And taking 6k off with 80k miles i was still out the door at 44k-46k. So we do a FaceTime walk around 2 times. There was a hole in the tailgate that the guys Armondo said was tape, so i looked past it because you cant see it in the camera. I asked him to point out any dents or major damage. The bumper had a gash, it was ok. I get the truck. Wow. Detail job was subpar, seats were very dirty, big dent in body under back window, a crack ion windshield that wasn’t there before on video, the tailgate doesn’t work with side button, the lane change doesn’t work, and the other sensor lights come on randomly and don’t work, the right headlight only has half of the light working- really- who doesn’t check this on inspection, the tire pressure sensors don’t work, major scratches on drivers door frame, the tape on the tailgate is two quarter size holes that was bonded up badly-not tape( how do you miss that?), on e key fob is dead, brakes are squeeling- when i had mechanic do brake job for $250 he found there was something jammed between the rotor and both pads on right side. So i swapped the pads out for ceramic racing pads, way better. All of the other things should run me approx. $1200-1500 and some will hopefully be covered under the warranty. If not ill have to get my atty involved. I sent pictures to “Armondo- my liaison” and he said the GM will be calling me, i even asked him if they will repair the window, the headlight, the hole in the tailgate and the liftgate working properly I would be happy, crickets.   Absolutely crooked and liars. Stay far away. I travelled 3 hours one way and bought a Jeep from them on 5/22. Here's what went wrong: 1) They listed the Jeep as "no accidents." After agreeing on a price, I decided to run a Carfax, which showed an accident reported on 7/1/25. I ask for the salesperson to look over the jeep and tell me any cosmetic issues at all. She does and confirms it's perfect. I foolishly continue with the sale. 2)I drive 3 hours to get to the dealership. When I arrive she says "I forgot to tell you that the windshield is broken." Like seriously? You wait until now to tell me that? I take a closer look at the Jeep and realize not only is the windshield broken, but the radio antenna is completely gone. The General Manager, Brian, comes out and promises to make both right. He'll have a new windshield and antenna installed. I mention that I live far away and he says he'll have a mobile service like Safelite come to my house and handle it. All I need to do is call him and set it up. Trusting that it's a major dealership, I get these promises in writing and continue with the purchase 3)Fast forward to today, 50 days later and dozens of calls and messages left for Brian, he's never responded a single time. On day 48 the sales person finally responded saying they could replace the windshield if I made the 6 hour round-trip drive and left it all day. This was definitely not what I was promised but desperate at this point, I agree and try to setup an appointment. Shockingly she can't make the appointment right then and will need to call me back, which she still has yet to do. Basically this dealership will lie and make false promises to make a sale, at which point they will disappear completely. I'll be following up with the BB and AG office next

  I just bought a 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer from a super sweet lady named Esperanza or Hope as everyone calls her! Yall this is a must go place Hope was so sweet and helped me a lot when I was so nervous I have never had a bougie car like this before but that girl brought my nerves down in a instant!! Yall go there and deal with Hope!!!

  This dealership was great helped me get into a new car with no hassle and no forcing Tracey Howell was a great salesmen and was very nice and showed me all the features of the new car 10/10 would recommend this dealership
