He provided thorough and above-and-beyond service for my purchase, from the moment I walked through the door to after-purchase. The service manager, James- always friendly, professional, and was a pleasure to work with. The owner, Chase- class act. Willing to take ownership, act in the best interest of the client. Truly willing to do what’s right and gain loyal returning customers. The buck truly stops with him, even though Alex and James are the client-facing part of the dealership and provide world-class ongoing client experiences. For all potential clients, go to Alex to purchase your next car. He will take care of you, be honest with you, and ensure you get the best experience. To service your new vehicle, choose James. He’s responsive and always available to give me the best possible options. An initially less-than-stellar experience was definitely converted to a positive one due to these 3 gentlemen.

  Took my car in for a diag to see what was wrong with it and it took 9 days to get it back. There was no communication whatsoever with the advisor. I had to text call and even show up in person but every single time they kept lying to me as to when it would be ready for pick up or to get it fixed. Not to mention 4 items disappeared from the car and when I asked about them they told me that no one messed with the inside of the car when clearly they did and also messed the glove box compartment. Please avoid going there the service is awful, no communication and no accountability.

  Service Team was amazing and supportive as usual. Can always trust them with any fix or questions regarding my vehicles maintenance & upkeep. Misty, Sara and her twin sister, and the Director of Services always take care of us! Great team! Thank you Clay Cooley!

  I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. Jose and William were absolutely top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every step of the process, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The environment of the whole team was super friendly and welcoming to my family. They made it smooth and actually enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to get me into the right Toyota for my needs and budget. I truly appreciate their patience and honesty throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for great customer service and a team that actually cares, ask for Jose and William—you won’t be disappointed!!!

  My salesman Darius made my car shopping feal like a partnership. He listened to what I needed and could afford and made sure he presented a quality vehicle. Mr. Johnson from the finance department educated me thoroughly on the terms of my agreement 🤝 and even gave me a few tips on how to leverage my payments. Id definitely recommend 10/10 👌
