  Great experience from start to finish. Val was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. I came in looking for a used car, and she helped me get into a brand new one. She had a great personality, was patient, and answered all my questions. The process was quick, stress-free, and handled efficiently. She really went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Val.

  I had such an exceptional experience with Genesis of Mesquite that I felt they deserved a review. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive while I was negotiating my lease and remained exceptionally kind and professional, even while I was pushing pretty aggressively with my requests, questions, and requirements. A huge thank you to Gabriel Garcia for doing such a great job working out my deal and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to sincerely thank Charlesa Spencer for going above and beyond. She personally drove me home after I completed the deal since I couldn’t drive my new car home that day, and then personally drove my new car to my house the very next day—which was over an hour away from the dealership. That level of service truly meant a lot. They got me exactly the car I wanted with no fuss. They didn’t even have my vehicle on-site, but they went out of state to get it for me and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. I usually dread having to negotiate a lease every few years, but this team made the entire process so painless, I’d even say enjoyable. I came in tense because of some terrible past experiences with other luxury dealerships, but they met me with warmth, patience, and professionalism from start to finish. I left feeling like I got an amazing deal and was treated with true white-glove service. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for a fair deal and an amazing dealership experience.

  Love coming to this place. Customer service is excellent. I have been to multiple other Genesis dealerships and this one takes care of you the best. Ryan Campbell in the service department is exceptional at his job. I will make sure my next purchase is from this location! I live next to DFW and I will gladly drive to give them my business.

  I had a great experience with this dealership, especially working with Herbert. From start to finish, he was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond by taking care of a scratch on my vehicle without any issues, which I really appreciated. It shows they truly care about customer satisfaction and stand behind their vehicles.
