Went to Clay Cooley Hyundai in Dallas with my sister to help her find a car. The vehicle we were shown had visible dents on the hood and a damaged rear bumper, and for the condition it was in, the pricing did not make sense and unlogical. The worst part of the experience was the treatment from the sales manager. My sister was directly insulted regarding her financial situation, and the manager made comments comparing his income to hers, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The entire interaction lacked basic respect and decency. We also asked to review inventory options and were met with excuses and resistance instead of actual help. We left immediately because of the experience and how my sister was treated. She left very upset and crying. No customer should be treated that way while simply trying to buy a car. After leaving, we went to Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth. The staff there was respectful, patient, down to earth, and actually willing to help. My sister ended up buying a beautiful Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport there. If anyone wants a dealership that actually treats people with professionalism and respect, I strongly recommend Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth. Ask for Victor. He was straightforward, respectful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Hiley Hyundai is definitely a go to place with an incredible selection and customer service.

The people at the dealership were very nice. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Caleb, you salesperson was both funny and nice. In all honesty, even though I got a great deal with them, I could have negotiated little more off but it would have meant driving to Ferris, Texas. My partner and I talked about it saying how we could just take the deal and go to Ferris but in the end Caleb had put on all the leg work and we really wanted Caleb to get the sale. He was that good. The final closing sign was easy too. No trying to get me to purchase all these add on for the vehicle. Which is annoying!

I had a great salesperson, Christian, who worked to meet my needs in a new car! He was very professional and answered my questions very well! He was knowledgeable and explained how to use the features on the car! He instructed me how the car operated and about the Hybrid engine. I love my new car!! I really appreciate that the team worked to help me get the car that I wanted! Sandy Morton

Wow. Well after about a full day. I got a beautiful 2021 Hyundai Sonata. I absolutely love the car, the professional business given by staff, Mr.C.J.,Mr.Aaron., will not forget Mr.Larry. All awesome guys. My trade in went smooth, not sure if I could've found a better place to make my new choice. Gonna miss my black beauty" but she's now my past. Thank you guys for the great friendship we grew these 2 short days, it was a pleasure to meet you all and love the professional and supportive feedbacks given to me. Knowledge was definitely gained. First bump again to the entire team. C.J,definitely the man..

As a master certified technician I DO NOT ENDORSE this dealership. They did not honor the second ownership warranty for engine replacement. The 2019 Hyundai sonata sel model and like models are known to have faulty engines that burn engine oil excessively on these gasoline direct injection engines. I have one, a 2019 Hyundai sonata sel. It used over a quart of oil every 600 miles. I came there on 4 different occasions. The service advisor told me after one oil change if it fails , I have to do the combustion chamber cleaning, then I get a replacement engine if it still burns oil. Guess what, after I got through the unnecessary over priced combustion chamber cleaning it still burned oil. When I brought it back they switched up the personnel and had the audacity to start telling me it's Normal for a low miles engine to burn a quart at 1000 miles!!!! Then they did an additional oil change and overfilled it for another oil consumption test!!! I came back ASAP and asked what is this ??? Then they acted blind saying it's not overfilled when it was at least a quart overfilled. If that ( burning oil a quart every 1000 miles) was even remotely true, how did my 2001 Hyundai Elantra with the 2.0 engine with 300,000 miles not burn any noticable oil ????? Because it's NOT NORMAL for any engine to burn a quart of oil under 3,000 miles. This dealership was NOT transparent when my car was in the back of the shop. They even went on to do a fake measurement in an unknown container to count how much oil drained. They NEVER showed it to me. They just expected me to TRUST or BELIEVE their story. Which off course I did NOT for a second. This dealership claimed my car was in normal specs when in fact it was NOT!!! Then mysteriously after their fourth oil change my car didn't burn much oil. The only way that was even possible to achieve is by changing the oil viscosity or adding heavy oil additives. As a Certified Master technician I will NEVER buy a New vehicle from this de
