  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Tanner and Nick at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite. They both made the entire car buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free while helping me purchase my new 2026 Hyundai Sonata SEL Sport. Tanner was an excellent salesman professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the deal every step of the way. Nick was also a huge help throughout the process and worked alongside Tanner to make everything come together smoothly. Both of them went above and beyond to provide great customer service and made this one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had.   The wait times are horrible. The rudest, crudest managers I've ever encountered. They say they offer a 3 day money back guarantee. DON'T BELIEVE THAT SHIT. They will do everything in their power to not refund you on your vehicle. I bought a vehicle. It was not a fit. Within 48 hours I was returning the vehicle. They said they couldn't take it back because it had had been funded by the bank. Where is the 3 day money back guarantee I had to call the bank. The bank tells me that the car was NEVER funded to start with. It was in pending status. It took me 3 hours to take care of a situation that NEVER should've been mine to resolve. Steer clear of Clay Cooley Mesquite and a sales manager named Armando. Shaun Rabb and NBC 5 investigates should be paying them a visit based on my experience. I don't play about my money. Entire experience was horrible.

  I had a great experience at Clay Cooley Hyundai Mesquite! Armando made the entire vehicle-buying process so easy and stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and dedication helped make everything go smoothly. It truly wouldn’t have been as easy without the help of Armando and Karen, his assistant. They both went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Everyone on the team was quick to respond, open to my questions and suggestions, and made sure any doubts or concerns I had were addressed.   I recently purchased a 2025 hyundai Santa cruz XRT , I traded in my 2025 hyundai velociter.N! This review is coming from an ex Army Vetern, that absolutely, despises going to buy a vehicle from a dealership! I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships In my lifetime, but I must say Clay Cooley hyundai in Mesquite, TX, made my experience purchasing a TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I received a great trade in value on my Veloster and got a great price for my XRT! Sales team Jaron (Preacher) and Michael, and sales manager David and all sales Mangers were 👍 😁 Highly recommen!

  Awesome customer service! The salesman, Tariq, was very informative and friendly. He covered every detail which made it easy for me to seal the deal! Prices are reasonable!
