  On Monday 3/9/26 I purchased a '24 Jeep Wrangler. My experience was really great. Zahra my salesperson was super informative and very personal. She was always checking in with me, and even helped me out of the Jeep when we got back from the test drive. Chris in finance was just as peachy as Zahra. He worked some numbers, and got me an extra deal for very little extra $$$. Chris was also super informative about the finance aspect of my purchase. Fonzie the sales manager was personal as well. They announced my purchase over the PA system and I got to bang the gong they have in their lobby!! That was fun 😁. My only comment is that I was there more than 5 hours just to fill out paperwork electronically. Also their detailing crew should use some better smelling cleaner, and detailing products. I never want to smell wet leather ever again. Those 2 things they can work on. I've named my Jeep " Miss Midnight ". Isn't she beautiful?

  I am not a fan of CC Chevrolet (past experience) however, CC Kia of Irving was awesome! Haden (sales rep) was great to deal with. Not pushy and straight up in all aspects of the deal! The gentleman in finance (Albert, I think) was also great to work with. I do recommend this dealership.

  I recently brought my 2025 Telluride in for its 10,000-mile service without an appointment and arrived at the dealership around 9:30 AM. The service included an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and a full vehicle check-up. I had several questions regarding the service, which could have been irritating to some managers, but my service manager remained respectful, patient, and answered everything thoroughly. To me, the true measure of a dealership is not the sales experience — it’s the quality of service after the sale. Based on my experience, this dealership demonstrated professionalism and customer care where it matters most.

  I just want to say this was the greatest experience I have ever had from a Dealership. Gee was the absolute best!!!!!!! She calmed me when I was on edge, answered all questions that I had, checked in with me on a regular, gave me additional advice that I most definitely needed to know and so on. Gee was amazing. Gee I pray you see this. You have a customer for life!!!!!
