  We first met Barry outside the dealership cleaning up blown around cardboard. That already says something. He greeted us and immediately got us into our car to test drive. We came back a week later after comparing multiple dealership offers. He said don't worry I can beat them and he did. The experience was painless. The last time we bought a car was over 10 years ago and took all day. He wasn't pushy at all and really did get us the best deal. He also accepted our trade in at KBB value. Thank you again Barry I can't give you 10 stars because Google max is 5. See you in 3 years when we need to upgrade our hybrid sportage into a telluride or a carnival. Sorry for the long post.

  Recently bought a 2026 Kia Sportage XS Prestige Hybrid working with Alex and Ed. Great customer service. Alex was very responsive and sent many pictures and videos of the vehicle before my arrival. I also had a trade in. The process went smoothly. Their was good transparency and it was easy to work with them. Jett with finance was very helpful too. At my request they sent my car back to detail two times to make sure everything was perfect before I went home. Happy to have a new car and happy to have purchased with the help of Clay Cooley Plano

  I had a great experience at Kia thanks to Jason Clayton and Fortune. I was greeted right away, and Jason pulled up the car for my test drive immediately. I fell in love with the K5 in the showroom, and even though I’m not ready to buy just yet, Jason made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my future purchase. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them with patience and knowledge—he truly knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back in a couple of months to trade with Jason. This dealership genuinely cares about their customers, and I really appreciate the experience.

  I’ve been really impressed with my 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line Turbo so far. The styling is aggressive and modern — it definitely turns heads. The interior feels way more premium than you’d expect for the price, and the tech is super clean and easy to use. The 1.6L turbo gives it a nice punch for daily driving. It’s not a full-on race car like an Elantra N, but for a sporty daily it’s smooth, responsive, and fun when you put it in Sport mode. Gas mileage is solid, and the ride quality is comfortable enough for everyday use. Overall, it’s a great balance between performance, looks, comfort, and value. For the price point, Kia really nailed it with the new K4.

  The service was amazing. Sebastian was incredibly helpful with my decision making process and never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to. He was so knowledgeable about everything and I'd go back to him if I ever need anything car related. I will recommend him 10/10 times to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. Jett from Financing was also incredibly helpful with the financing process. He offered us so many amazing deals and was straight up with us on things that were not in our best interest financially. Very supportive team at Kia Plano and I am so happy I found these guys.
