  I had a great experience at Clay Cooley! The entire team made the process of purchasing my 2021 Cadillac XT4 smooth and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. My car runs beautifully and looks even better! I appreciate the excellent customer service and the time they took to make sure everything was just right. I’d definitely recommend Clay Cooley to anyone looking for a great car and an even better buying experience! Mo and her sales manager don't remember his name shame on me. They worked and pulled to make sure I got into the car I wanted and had to have. I was not there a whole shift. When others said no or too much money down Clay Cooley said yes!!

  We traded in my mom’s car today, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Jodye helped us every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The whole team was friendly and professional, and everything went much faster than we expected. There were no surprises, and they worked hard to make sure we were happy with the deal.   Let me start by saying Kameron Davis was amazing!! He made me feel so comfortable and answered all questions and concerns. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and a big purchase, he made it seem less and easy. Myself and my family will return. Mason in finance also was such a delight? Great customer service all around. Come out and see them you won’t be disappointed!!!

  Xavier went above and beyond to make this deal happen, he was very clear and verbal about what was going to happen and made the experience truly amazing.
