  This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Clay Cooley Nissan, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our sales associate, Stephen King, was outstanding. He and Terry worked hard to help us get into our new Pathfinder, and they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. We also had a great experience with Eric Glover in Finance. He was professional, informative, and made the paperwork quick and easy. The entire team was courteous and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of their help and will definitely return to Clay Cooley Nissan for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommended!

  I was so excited to get my dream car 1/19/26 I’ve always wanted a convertible. After the test drive I mentioned the back window did not close all the way once the top went back up. I was informed it would be fixed before I finalized paperwork. It was never fixed, they manually closed and sent me on my way. It’s been cold and snowing in Dallas I didn’t know it wasn’t fixed until it finally got warm enough for me to put the top down. I’ve been back 3 times about this window and continue to get the run around. I was told to come back then told to come back again once they get the part they needed that would take 24 hours it’s been over 48 hours and they still don’t have the part. I’m not happy about this one bit. I was also told to put a plastic bag on the window for rain. This is a 2024 why would have to put plastic on a window of my new car?

  Please go see Joshvel! He was extremely helpful during this process and continued to work with me until I got to where I wanted to be. If you are looking for someone who is not just looking for a sale but to actually help you get what you desire (car/payments/interest rates) Joshvel is definitely the way to go! I plan on sending my family and friends his way because I can insure he will get the job done.

  I had an 11:30 a.m. service appointment at Clay Cooley Chevrolet on Buckner Blvd. and I-30. My service advisor, Natalie, was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. She checked us in, reviewed the vehicle’s mileage and other necessary information, and made the entire check-in process quick and easy. Afterward, she personally walked us to the waiting area and politely let us know the wait would be about two hours. Holy smokes…two hours for a scheduled appointment! I understand service departments get busy, but that’s a long wait when you have an appointment. While I was disappointed by the wait time, Natalie’s professionalism and positive attitude certainly made the experience better. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.
