Brian Swarver, in particular, made a remarkable impression. His approach to service was both polished and highly attentive, with a clear focus on detail and client care. He ensured that everything was handled seamlessly, while also taking the time to create a personalized and reassuring experience. That level of service is not easily found. It’s this kind of consistency and attention that transforms a standard purchase into something far more elevated. I left not only satisfied with my vehicle, but genuinely confident in the team behind it. I would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a refined and trustworthy car-buying experience.

  I had a wonderful car-buying experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Lewisville! The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to TY’s incredible service. TY was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood every step along the way. No matter how many questions we had, he answered each one with calmness and professionalism. His composed and friendly approach really stood out and made us feel comfortable throughout the process.   I did extensive research on both the vehicle and dealerships (near and far) before I began contacting dealers to inquire about vehicles. I contacted Clay Cooley VW of Lewisville, in part based on prior ratings, to inquire about one of their existing new vehicles. Brendan Shafer was my sales contact. I have nothing but great things to say about Brendan. He's knowledgeable, professional, and was genuinely interested in making sure I got the right deal on the right vehicle for me. I personally mattered to him and wasn't just another sale. During the entire process he was attentive, low pressure, followed through on my questions, and never dropped the ball. If you’re interested in purchasing a new car from CC VW Lewisville, I would highly recommend asking for Brendan. John Chapman in the finance office was also exceptional. He thoroughly explained my options, was very easy to work with, offered me options on additional products which might add value (my choice/no pressure). The entire process was simple, efficient, and seamless. I honestly believe this dealership does put high value on the customer and the customer experience. A+ from my point of view.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Lewisville! Even though the team was very busy, I never felt ignored. Jim, Matthew, John, and Dalton all went above and beyond to help me, and I truly felt like they were listening to my needs instead of just trying to sell me something. They worked hard to get me into a great car with a deal I could afford, and I appreciated their honesty throughout the process. Everyone was personable, kind, and down-to-earth. John’s energy and willingness to share helpful advice beyond just the car-buying process stood out to me, and Matthew was so easy to talk to. Jim was professional and supportive, and Dalton was also very kind. A funny observation — everyone I met in the dealership had the most beautiful eyes! 😊 But beyond that, I just felt cared for, respected, and valued as a customer. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience for me and my daughter. Highly recommend this dealership and team!

  I worked with Ty to select my vehicle and Mark took care of my financing. PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! I came to see one thing and walked out with something so much better based on Ty’s recommendation! Mark was beyond EXCELLENT at getting my financing!!! I will be referring everyone I know here!!!
