“The worst service and car care I have ever received. Got my car back after three days, no communication or updates. I had to call each time to get an ETA. Car was returned destroyed and so dirty and personal belongings were damaged and just left everywhere in my car. Had dust and white stuff all inside my car. I had to turn back around and have them fix a part that was just laying in my seat and to vacuum it out. The issue with my car is still not fixed and is worse than when it went in. I don’t typically have high expectations anymore with this dealership, didn’t think their lack of service could get worse, but it has. The owners/Finegans were apparently notified and don’t care about the level of service their service department gives. Consumers spend a lot of money on their cars and this is unacceptable! Trish the manager provided some solutions but still isn’t making it fully right or holding her team to higher standards. It’s not even about the money, it’s the principle. Treat people’s belongings with respect. My second car bought there and I will never buy another one.”
