  Steve greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership and made us feel welcome from the start. He quickly got the keys for the Sportage and took the time to walk us through the vehicle before our test drive. Throughout the process, Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. We worked through the lease terms together, and while he negotiated firmly, we were ultimately able to reach an agreement that worked for both sides. Overall, we had a positive experience at Coastal Kia and appreciate Steve’s help throughout the process.

  I was able to purchase a 2026 Kia Carnival with helpful Salesman Jan Ramos and it was such a smooth and effortless experience! By far the least stressful and I was able to get my dream car delivered to dealership within a week! Appreciate all the help and the persistence on both sides to get my information via phone call and email! Will definitely be back in the future!

  Dealing with this dealership was great. What helped is coming in knowing what I was looking for and what price range my budget was good with. I had to retire my 04 Saturn Ion with 240k miles on it, I drive back and fourth to work 45 miles one way . My wife called and talked to Anthony on the 13, and said we were looking for a black K4 Hatch back GT line with red interior. Luckily they had one that just came in. Even though anthony was off on Saturday he came in to meet with us on the 14. The process was easy and smooth, we met at 10 and was heading home by 12. It was great working with Anthony and would recommend dealing with him. I love the K4 hatch back, it is a smooth ride and will get up and go. Surprisingly it has a lot of room to be a Hatch back.

  If you’re over the age of 50 and looking to purchase a new Kia I recommend that you ask for Kelvin Swinson at Coastal Kia in Wilmington. Without pressure, he listens and patiently answers any questions you may have about their vehicles, inventory, etc., without wasting your time telling you about what you already know. My husband and I who are 70+ years of age received a detailed tutorial which did not end until we felt we knew what was required to master our new Telluride Hybrid technology. Moreover he followed through with answers to questions after purchase.

  From beginning to end Coastal Kia was fantastic! Steve Kramer was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind and accommodating as I had my 3 year old supervisor with me! Steve included my son in the decision making and made him feel very special! The price was right, the paperwork was smooth and all of the staff was very kind and supportive! I walked out with a new vehicle, a great feeling and a toddler trying to do a commercial for them! Thank you Coastal Kia and especially Steve!
