  Needed to do service on m my truck, Ram 2500 - 2024. Called on Friday on my way out of town, and the service team and Sarah Birtle were able to get me on the schedule for Tuesday. They were ready for me, and were able to show me the additional items I needed to service on my truck at the 30K service. So happy to have Coastline, and their entire staff always keep me on the road, and keep me safe. Thank you so much!!

When a minor repair was needed shortly after delivery, the team didn’t just leave me to figure it out; they picked the car up from my home and redelivered it to me once the work was finished.   We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Rubicon from Coastline Chrysler Jeep in San Juan Capistrano and had a great experience from start to finish. Bryan Garcia helped us on the sales side, he was professional, easy to work with, and not pushy at all. He has a great personality and made the process feel comfortable and straightforward. Brandon in finance was also excellent. He walked us through everything clearly, made the paperwork process smooth, and kept things efficient without any pressure. Overall, a really positive buying experience. We’d definitely recommend Coastline Chrysler Jeep to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

  Had a great buying experience here. Everyone is very courteous. Chaz helped us get the truck of our dreams today. I really recommend Coastline CDJR and Chaz. Update: 5-30-26 I've had a couple of issues with the truck and had to take it to service 2 times. Its not a big deal it was just some software updates / recalls. Every new vehicle no matter what manufacturer has way to many electronics and require frequent updates. With all that being said I am leaving my 5 star review intact. Kevin and Brooke in the Service Department are great. They actually want to help you, something you don't find much in this industry anymore. They get you in and out and I've had a quick turn around both times and clear communication about the software updates needed. Keep up the good work!
