  I went to four dealerships looking for a 2024 CX-5 with low miles for my daughter, but I couldn’t find the right one. Then a wonderful lady named Cynthia from Coconut Creek Mazda called me and kindly told me to come in because they would take care of me. When I arrived, I met a sales consultant named Dane, and he truly took care of me from start to finish. I found exactly the vehicle I wanted at an amazing price. Dane went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was calm, professional, and very kind. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he told me, “Don’t worry, everything is going to be alright,” and he truly meant it. I’m so happy with my experience at Coconut Creek Mazda and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and excellent customer service.

  I usually don't share many ratings on places however, I had to come back and make sure to recognize Coconut Creek Mazda. I took home a 2026 Cypress Green Mazda CX-50 I must add, I got the best customer service from sales rep Cassim Williams and all other Elite team members. Wonderful experience, they were understanding and reasonable to my needs and assisted with the best for me. Cassim was patient showed me around while I took my time to choose, kindly walked me through details and benefit of every choice. Thank you for the hard work and dedication, I am content and satisfied with my outcome at this location.
