  Worked with Troy to purchase a Dodge Ram. Troy was super laid back, no pressure at all. I don't do well with pushy sales people. I was impressed with how much he knew about the truck given it was used and wasn't a Kia, he took the time to answer questions but gave me plenty of space to make my decision. He was kind and genuine. When we got there to sign they had toys for my kids and were so kind to them. They made us feel comfortable. I hate buying cars, but this was probably the most at ease I have felt doing so.

  Talk about an unexpected purchase!! Tim and Brian certainly knocked it out of the park with my new car purchase!! Went in looking for one vehicle left with something completely different and absolutely perfect!! I finally got my dream car with bells, whistles, toots, and wooos!! It was truly an amazing experience!! I felt seen and heard!! Brian finding the perfect vehicle for me all around is priceless!! Tim never giving up hope to make something work!! I certainly didn't expect this!!! But I am so thankful and over the moon for my new car!!! Thank you both so much for a fun and super exciting car buying experience!!

  Originally I was happy with the service and them being able to help me get my truck, however in just the year I've had it its been one problem after another. I expect used vehicles to have issues to an extent but they started in the first month. Now after all this money ive put into repairs and payments I essentially have a yard ornament to continue paying on as I can no longer drive due to a failing engine. Highly disappointed as many of the issues I am told would have been seen by them prior to selling.

  My Fiancée and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We now have got our second car through Brian Christensen! He’s absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend

  The start of the sale process was good. The sales rep asked what our budget was and what features we wanted. That is where the good ended. We sat down and she started looking over the vehicles they had in the price range. She then left to ask her manager about potential vehicles. After about 5 minutes she came back and tried to sell us a car we already told her we weren't interested in. Her exact words were "My manager thinks this car would be a good fit for you." I then asked about driving a jeep they had listed that was well within our budget. She said she needed to ask her manager again. After another 5 minutes she came back and brought up the vehicle we already said no to. I asked why I couldn't drive the jeep and she said she just doesn't know if it is in our price range. Basically telling me I can't afford it. It took 25 minutes to test drive one vehicle. Normally the back and forth between the finance/manager and sales rep happens after you found the car you wanted and are negotiating. Not to simply test drive a vehicle. Easily the longest and worst experience I have had when looking to buy a vehicle. I will not consider Cole Nissan in the future. We took our business to Stones Hyundai who were great.
