  I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience! Since I live about an hour and a half away, they worked with me to handle almost everything virtually ahead of time. They kept everything clear, straightforward, and made the entire process incredibly easy. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. We swapped vehicles and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free buying experience!

  Our experience with Community was and has been outstanding! We typically despise the car buying process but this is the second car we purchased from Community and the second time they impressed. Our sales person Nate was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He walked us around the car and answered all our questions. The actual buying process was straightforward and they played no games. Bloomington has several Community auto dealers lined up on South Walnut and we would highly recommend any of them. We also recommend asking for Nate or Meghan as they are both wonderful to work with!

  Ed helped us from the time we drove onto the lot until we purchased our Pacifica. We found the vehicle I wanted online and Joslyn sent me information on it. The staff were super helpful and supportive. Highly recommend buying from them!

  We had a wonderful experience working with Ed at CDJR. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us different possibilities for comparison and made the purchasing process very smooth when we chose our Jeep. There was no pressure and he was transparent about the few small imperfections on this used vehicle. He also helped facilitate the touch up process so those minor paint issues could be addressed. Really happy with our vehicle and with our buying experience with Ed! Thank you!

  I am completely satisfied with the service I recently received. They were able to accommodate an urgent, timely repair for me and never made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Very professional treatment from the first conversation with service consultant Joe, to the work done by certified technician Ryan. I have received nothing but a top-notch product from this service department my entire time in Bloomington (24 years).
