  I had such a great experience buying my car! Jerad was very nice, understanding, and super helpful the whole time. His communication was very thorough and he made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. He wasn’t pushy at all and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. He’s also really funny and made it a fun experience — I even got to hold a wrestling belt when I bought my car, which made it even more memorable! I definitely recommend going to Jerad if you’re looking for a car.

  I had an excellent experience working with Jerad Long and the rest of the team at Community. They made the entire process smooth and straightforward, giving me a fair price on my trade‑in Jeep Wrangler and helping me get into the Bronco Outer Banks I really wanted. They even had the exact color I wanted brought in from out of town overnight. It’s been a year since the purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

  What a great experience! Joel wasn't able to meet during our appointment but Brett was clued in took care of all items requested including delivery to Lafayette. This was a blessing since my wife gets car sick from her cancer treatments. A+ to the team

  Found my 2023 Ford escape on cargurus.com at Community Ford Bloomington. They texted me the next day, set up an appointment. I was warmly greeted outside by a young lady, who took me to the salesman who was making sure my car was ready for a test drive. He guided me through Bloomington and answered all of my questions. The next day I was ready to purchase. Took care of most of the paperwork over the phone. My car was delivered 😃 on Wednesday. Buying a car isn’t my favorite thing to do. Brett & Community Ford made the process as seamless as possible.

  Horrible experience. Car developed issues after about 2 weeks of owning it and we went through all the hoops they asked for including taking it to another dealer to be looked and and paid the inspection fee because none of the community stores could support a transmission repair on a dodge challenger. We were told the car came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty when we bought it just to find out its only good for $1,500 on a major repairs. (new trans $7,300) after dealing with the finance company on this issue witch was a waste of time we found out we were missing 3 pages of our finance contract. Final missing page had not be gone over with us and had our signatures on it. Car was bought from them on Dec 15 2025 and traded in elsewhere on 1 24 2026. All I can say is be careful and get a used car inspected elsewhere as ive noticed we are not the only ones with issues on used cars on the reviews. If you are in a crunch and they try to put you with santander its not worth it. High interest and no help at all. Response to dealer (owner) 2/3/26 I have been trying to get assistance from the dealership for several weeks and it takes a bad review to get someone to finally reach out just to ask me to call the same dealership that has been avoiding my calls for a couple weeks now. I've left at least 2 voicemails with the gm with no return call. We are out roughly $5,500 between down payment, plates ect.
