  Conicelli Hyundai was amazing! Everyone was very nice and treated my like a vauled customer as soon as I walked into the door! I would love to give a special thanks to Tierron, Tristan and Megan! All three worked diligently to make sure I purchased my new car and purchased it at the best price! Tierron was the manager who guaranteed I would walk out in the exact vehicle I wanted from the moment I spoke with him. He made sure I had the best customer service and answered all of my questions. Tristan was my sales rep who thoroughly explained everything I needed and wanted to know about my vehicle. He reassured me ever step of the way and followed up with me before and after I purchased my vehicle. And Megan, was the financial manager, who confidentially gave me every deal or discount I qualified for. She even found a better auto loan deal for me. I am very pleased with the service I received. Everyone made me feel like they cared which made me feel comfortable and content with my decision! I actually love my vehicle and would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership!

  Gary, Frank and Lorenzo made both of my car purchases great experiences! They worked miracles! I had a very complex circumstance the second time yet they were able to get me into another beautiful car. They worked miracles through each deal as if you were one of their family members. Unlike most car dealerships that just want to make a sale, these people actually care! Thanks again guys!

  I required a new vehicle. I’m a Union Ironworker who travels a ton. My ‘03 F350 is a money pit and I’m not nearly proficient enough as a mechanic to do another FB marketplace vehicle and fix it up. I’ve been window shopping for months and decided the Hyundai Elantra N was the car for me. When I first got to their location 45 minutes away from me and Maureen (the sales woman I had) told me they sold the powder blue one I wanted that same morning, I almost walked. However, we came to an agreement on the other new one on the lot and I’m glad I went with the grey one. It’s a great car and Maureen was a great choice for me as a saleswoman. Not pushy, young, down to earth, very concise with her words. I’m definitely impressed by her, and although it was way out of my way distance wise, I’m glad I went here and got my car.

  EDIT: This dealer did get back to me. I’ve left numerous messages trying to get my hyundai serviced. Voicemail and no return calls or emails. This seems to be the norm for Hyundai though as I’ve had similar experiences elsewhere. When you have an issue with your Hyundai (and you WILL as they are terrible cars), good luck. My Hyundai is THE worst car I’ve ever bought. Engine failure? Yep. Paint peeling? Yep. They are junk. Service at multiple dealers is always a challenge, especially pertaining to recall work.

  Highly recommend this dealership and request working with Artem. I was not interested in spending loads of money after my vehicle was a total loss and everyone helped me find a great car at a solid value/price point. Within 10 minutes of walking into the dealership, I was test driving a car. There is nothing worse then sitting at a desk for 1 hr before you even see a car - so I really appreciated this. Dealership was clean, staff was friendly and informative. Everyone was willing to negotiate. Didn't feel any typical pressure to purchase or act quickly.
