  DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my brand new car (less than a year old) to Conicelli Toyota of Springfield for a routine maintenance and tire rotation earlier today. They ended up completely ruining my wheels due to absolute carelessness. The technician was clearly reckless with the impact wrench: Ruined Rims: The factory paint finish around the lug nut holes is severely chipped, scratched, and peeling off (as seen in image.png, image_2.png, and image_3.png). Deformed Lock Nuts: They completely marred the wheel lock nuts, stripping the internal security pattern. This creates a severe risk of the tool slipping or binding the next time the tires need to be removed. This is a brand new vehicle. A cheap touch-up paint job or an aftermarket repair will NOT restore a factory finish. This careless service has prematurely depreciated my car's value. I have already reached out to Conicelli's corporate management and customer relations. I am demanding a brand new set of OEM factory wheels and replacement lock nuts. If you care about your car, especially if it's new, go somewhere else. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

  Through internet searches I found Conicelli Toyota and that started my positive quest for a new SUV. Casey and Gigi have been Exceptional while assisting me through my shopping experience. Right from the start both ladies were patient, knowledgeable, professional and answered the numerous questions I had before and after I purchased my 2026 4Runner! I would recommend them to anybody!

  I had an excellent experience working with Teddy at Conicelli Toyota while purchasing my Toyota Venza. Teddy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything feel straightforward and stress-free, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, explained all the features clearly, and worked hard to make the deal smooth from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their purchase. I absolutely love my Venza and highly recommend asking for Teddy if you’re shopping at Conicelli Toyota.

  I was referred to Teddy, by my friend. After a frustrating experience at a Nissan dealership, she suggested I come here. And I am glad I did. I didn’t want to play games. I just wanted an affordable option with a 3rd row for my family. I told him I won’t play games and I would appreciate if he didn’t either. I laid my cards on the table. I told him the lowest I would accept for my trade, which I ended up being offered more for (this is unheard of to me!!!) and I didn’t pay a cent more than I wanted to out of pocket. He told me from the start what was possible and what wasn’t, which I appreciated. He ended up getting me into a 2026 Toyota sienna, which was my dream mom car. He gave me a great deal on their Conicelli care plan. My monthly payment ended up being a few dollars less than what I had originally signed off on even (another thing I have never heard of). There were no hidden, unnecessary fees. Hands down a great experience overall. I recommend Teddy at this dealership to anyone looking for a no hassle, honest, pleasant experience. You won’t find this anywhere else.
