  I really wanted to write a 5 star review as the initial contact with staff was beyond outstanding and what I'm used to from being a return customer of the Cornerstone Kia service department. I had to change the rating due the service provided towards the end of the experience. Communication broke down on their end and I had to call to get information and updates that I had been promised but never happened. When I called the manager out on it he after he called back said "it slipped my mind." After I got the car back it was covered in grease on the inside. I get it's a messy job but this is not acceptable. What happened to keeping your word, seat protectors and cleaning up after yourself?

  Great car buying experience. Sales personnel were knowledgeable, personable and there was no "hard sell" that we had gotten a few other dealerships. They spent the time with us that we needed to make the right decision. Would highly recommend checking our Kia - were looking at a Volvo and ended up with the Telluride and we are not disappointed.

  Cornerstone KIA has once again provided exceptional service. While my family and I were traveling out of town with our camper, the alternator began to malfunction. This occurred, unfortunately, during a holiday weekend. We managed to get our vehicle to Elk River, despite being three hours away. Melina and her team efficiently serviced our vehicle, completing the repairs under warranty. Their exceptional work reinforces my decision to exclusively trust Cornerstone with all future vehicle maintenance!

  Kris L. from Cornerstone Kia is the best! My purchases are handled professionally and very timely. When I find a vehicle I want to purchase the entire process from vehicle selection to finance to delivery is exceptional. The delivery drivers who drop off my vehicles are top notch!   Great Dealership and even better People. Drove 2.5 hrs one way to test and possibly buy a 2013 used Tacoma with 140k miles (I really wanted the 4.0 V6 with 5 speed automatic) I met with Zach H. a sales representative and we got the ball rolling. The truck failed the inspection as there was a leak with the head gasket. After careful consideration I decided against buying it even after the dealership offered to replace the head gasket at cost. Zach is a great guy and I never felt like he was pressuring me to buy the truck or push me to buy a Kia. I had my heart set on a Tacoma and Zach was more than willing to help. He found a 2021 Tacoma in their system and we gave it a test drive. The inspection passed and I drove back and I signed the paperwork. The finance guys, Tech department and Zach were all good people. You can hear it in their voice and see it in their eyes. I could have saved a lot of time buying a Tacoma from around my area but the people at Cornerstone are so great. I chose to drive 5 hrs round trip to spend my money with them rather than anyone around me. I would highly recommend going to them for your next car buying experience even if you aren't looking at a KIA.
