  From the moment Steve greeted us with his bubbly personality, I knew we were in the right place. During our test drive, he knew his stuff. He explained all the bells and whistles. He was not high pressure, but impressed us with his knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

  I had a fantastic Five Star first time experience bringing in a 2016 GMC Canyon Pick up truck I had purchased 7 days before from just across the street at Champion Chevrolet. I was offered a water or tea as I walked into the dealership by Marie. She answers the phone and answers so many questions. I met my Salesman who I liked very much, Robert Ramirez. I asked to see the 2026 Glacier Metallic GMC Canyon Pick up Truck. Robert and I went on a test drive. It had so much power and it drove beautifully. We went back into the dealership and I got my trade-in value for the 2016 Canyon. Thank you to New Car Sales Manager Shane Phillips for being so kind and professional. He cared about me and gave me a fantastic trade- in price. I qualified to purchase the new 2026 GMC Canyon and worked with both Robby Young for my purchase paperwork and Anthony for the cancellation of my extended warrenty for the 2016 Canyon. It was a pleasure working with Robby & Anthony in Finance. I feel have had the buying experience of a lifetime. A very BIG Thank You to Corwin GMC and….   Just wanted to share my best and simplest truck purchase experience ever, which was at Corwin GMC In Reno. I wandered in to look at some pretty new GMC CANYON AT4 trucks and met Matisse, Daman and Lance in the sales department. We test drove a few and before I headed home to the Chico area, we chatted about me trading in my current 2023 Canyon truck. They did an appraisal, and I smiled and asked them if perhaps we could do the application for purchase via email and have them deliver the truck to me when they come to pick up my trade in. They said Absolutely!! I was surprised and very pleased. A few days later after we worked out the details, my new truck was delivered to my door step, we signed some contract pages, and away they went in my old truck. Friendly, professional, efficient and FUN are the words I use to describe this purchase AND the Corwin sales team. Thank you and Excellent Job, Guys !!   When Lori started looking for a new vehicle she knew she wanted a truck. Something rugged enough to handle the rough road that we live on. After much research she made an appointment at Corwin GMC on Kietzke ln. When we got inside we were greeted by one of the employees who introduced us to Abraham; a salesman. Abraham asked what we were looking for and us showed us a few trucks. Lori decided on a white Canyon AT4 with black trim. Then we headed inside to negotiate; the part we were not looking forward to. However, we were pleasantly surprised to have the sales team listen to our questions and concerns that come with a purchase of this magnitude. They were also very accepting of what accessories and extras we wanted and the budget we were working with. All of the employees, and departments, we’ve encountered at Corwin have been respectful, friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional.
