  I recently purchased another car with the help of Bre Banks, and once again, she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable! This is my second time working with Bre, and just like before, she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for her customers really stand out. I truly appreciate her patience and knowledge throughout the process.   I purchased a new vehicle from Countryside yesterday and let me tell you this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Hospitality was great and they never gave up getting me where I needed to be to make this purchase happen. If looking for a purchase of a new or used vehicle please give them a try.

  I dropped my truck off here because my adaptive cruise control wasn't working. My truck was at this shop for about 5 weeks in total and they couldnt provide an loaner. My service advisor was Clair. She never called me to let me know what was wrong with my truck I had to call multiple times in a day to get ahold of her, I was told she will call me back and I would never get a call from her. At one point they did something to my truck and they couldn't get it to crank, what in the world i left my truck there in running condition nothing was wrong with the motor. The service tech that worked on my truck was Steve, he should be fired that guy is an uncertified gm technician. If you go here I advise you dont let him work on your vehicle. He said I needed to replace my windshield, nothing is wrong with my windshild everything was working with the same windshield before. Clair said I had to replace it in order to rule out that it might could be the problem before they could check any furture. So they wanted me to pay out of pocket to put a new windshield and be screwed if it didnt fix it. I finally took my truck back from them and dropped it off at five star gmc in warner robins Chance that works there called me the next morning told me the problem and had it fixed and ready to go the next day. Countryside had it for 5 weeks and couldn't figure it out what a joke. It was a bad camera that was causing my issue not my windshield like Clair and Steve mentioned. Im a very reasonable person to get along with and dont leave bad reviews because I know things happen but I needed others know about this shady place. Clair also mentioned that they were only making a small portion on my repair because it was a warranty fix and it was taking them so long to fix it but they weren't getting paid for all the hours, not my problem I would suggest to hire better certified technician like five star chevy has.

  I have two experiences with this dealership and both are the reason I’ll be coming back. First one is with the service department. Claire is awesome at what she does and the team takes care of your concerns with your vehicle. My wife’s car was having issues and took it to another local dealership and it was a terrible experience and a joke. Issue happens again and decided to bring it to Countryside and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy and take care of her car. This was the first thing that made me happy with the dealership. Second is the buying experience with them. It was painless with Ethan and the rest of the team. They communicate with me and did not make me feel like just another customer that was a number. They actually worked with me on all aspects of the process and completed everything so we had a deal walking out. Will definitely be back either for another vehicle or service. Could not ask for a better local dealership to bring business to.

  I had such a great experience at Countryside! I’ve gone for an oil change and a wheel replacement. Both times I was in and out quick and very pleased with my service. Clair especially went above and beyond and explained everything in detail, told me about pending recalls I had in my vehicle, she’s very knowledgeable in what she does and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I’d definitely recommend Countryside for all of your service needs!
