If you're looking to do a deal without stepping foot in the dealership and wasting time, this is the place. I negotiated and did my deal via text and phone call. I purchased a 03 chevy avalanche for 6.5k out the door. They delivered the truck to my home in Cartersville GA. 3 stars because I KNOW they could've sold me the truck for 5k.... for a 23yr old truck, she has great bones. New battery, clean fluids, obviously needs work. But my biggest annoyance? Truck wasn't clean. On the lot close to 3 months and smelled like old man, found a pick, lottery ticket, toddler socks, spider webs, food, paper clips. New or used they least they could do is give their customers a clean vehicle

Brandon Soyke was AWESOME! I bought a 22 Toyota RAV4 from him last Friday and I love it. Brandon wasn’t pushy and just really easy going. There is nothing worse in a car experience than some pushing a sale and Brandon didn’t do that. He was up front and honest and that’s just hard to find!

We have bought three vehicles over that last two months from this dealership. All with in a week or two. First I like to say the salesmen was great for two of our purchases, the second was more concerned about the sale. Now two of these vehicles were in the shop for over two weeks after purchase. To this day both the vehicles still have the exact same problems. To find out from another dealership the one car has no warranty from manufacturer so we lost out on a 20k miles warranty remaining that we were promised. So we are having repairs done out of pocket. The other car we had to tear down the dash to repair what they said they fixed. We went to NY for a week right after the repair and it was 20 below zero that week and we could not drive it do to no cabin air flow. The fins on the condenser in dash was slap full of mud and dirt. For being in there shop two weeks two times should have been caught. In the end this dealership will not get another sale from me. Purchased over $100k in cars and not one was safe to drive.

I purchased a used Chevy Silverado from Countryside on May 16. Two days later, the check engine light came on and displayed code P0430, indicating a catalytic converter issue. According to my OBD2 scanner, the same code had previously been cleared. I contacted Countryside management to inform them that I was aware the code had been deleted and to discuss the exhaust system issue. I was told that emissions didn't matter in my county and that it was a 12-year-old truck sold without a warranty, so what did I expect? I expected better. I expected integrity. As of yesterday, the CV axle snapped. According to the CarFax report, the CV axle had been repaired by Countryside before the truck was offered for sale. I again reached out to management, especially since a newly purchased replacement part should typically come with some type of warranty, and in hopes they would stand behind their work and value me as a customer. Instead, I was told the matter was out of their hands because it is a 12-year-old truck. I was advised that I could bring it to their service department to see about having it repaired. This was the first and last vehicle I will ever purchase from Countryside. If you are considering buying a vehicle from them, I highly recommend reviewing the CarFax report carefully and verifying any repairs they claim to have completed. I also suggest bringing an OBD2 scanner, as the trouble codes were apparently cleared before I test-drove the truck. They also attempted to rush the test drive, which lasted less than four minutes. In hindsight, that should have been my sign to walk away.

My sister and I broke down in Jackson, GA while on a vacation. We ultimately traded in our existing vehicle and purchased a 2026 Jeep Gladiator. Brandon was our salesperson. He was awesome. Very helpful and if he did not know an answer he would find it. He also played "Uber" for us as we were stuck without a car for several days and staying approximately 15 miles from the dealership. Lastly, he was helpful in recommending local restaurants etc. while we were in town. Overall, a great experience with Brandon. He was a positive in an unfortunate situation. Great job, Brandon!
