  My experience was in purchasing a vehicle on-line without actually seeing it at this Dealership. This can be a scary process as I have always bought vehicles in person... Davey Storey worked HARD for me on this purchase and treated me with the utmost respect and professional courtesy throughout the entire process! There was a boo boo with the Car, and The management worked out a satisfactory solution with me and took care of the issue very promptly! I got a GREAT DEAL on the Car I was specifically looking for, Had it Professionally delivered to my door by the Dealership, and I am extremely happy with my purchase! I highly suggest you visit this Dealership for your next vehicle purchase! My 2023 used Car looks and drives like NEW!

  We purchased a vehicle from this place and the process was pretty smooth. Cam met us in the parking lot to make an introduction and we went in to work on looking at the car we were interested in. The cars battery was dead upon inspection, but otherwise, the test drive was smooth and we proceeded with paperwork and negotiating the final sale price, taxes and any add ons if necessary. The sales manager James was straightforward and honest about the numbers and we agreed on the total pricing fairly quickly. Afterwards, we met with Davey for finalized paperwork and he offered us extended warranties for the car. We politely declined and moved to sign all the paperwork and add insurance to the car. The total process may have been 3-4 hours total. All in all, i enjoyed the experience here. It wasn't too busy when we went so I feel like we were able to get things handled pretty quickly all things considered. They also weren't too push on the sales of add-ons. I do wish it came with a full tank of gas, but that would be my only complaint if i had one.

  This is just a weird company overall. I received ONE phone call from them and since my son was sleeping i hit decline. I received this odd text from them and called them back when i could and said it was uncalled for the text i received. I don’t appreciate the disrespect over the phone, and i don’t appreciate this in general. If you want to sell cars maybe choose to be nicer over the phone and don’t send people texts like this. What a weird way to make a sale. 👎🏻

  My experience at Countryside Pre-Owned Super Center was very pleasant and positive. My salesman was Davey Storey, a young man mature beyond his years. He is thirsty for knowledge and it shows. He has been there 2 years. He treated me with ultimate respect, was Not pushy and was very mannerly. He worked real hard for me and I appreciate it so much. I love the truck I bought from him. I found it online and drove 3 hours to see it. It met my needs so I bought it. Thanks Davey for your kindness and respect for me. That meant so much. You are a great young man with a bright future ahead. If you are looking for a nice clean used vehicle that doesn't look its years and drives like a dream, go see Davey Storey. He will treat you right!!!!

  I bought a used truck for my son from Countryside Pre-Owned, and the experience was outstanding. My salesperson, Jason Duke, was phenomenal—extremely patient and understanding, especially since I’ve always purchased new vehicles and had a few concerns going into a used purchase. Within a few days of owning the truck, a couple of issues came up, and Countryside Pre-Owned truly went above and beyond to make things right. They ensured everything was repaired properly and that the truck was in tip-top shape for my son. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Countryside Pre-Owned in Jackson, and I highly, highly, highly recommend asking for Jason Duke.
