  Miguel made this the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve had. After visiting several dealerships, the difference was obvious. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through multiple options, answered all of my questions, and educated me without ever making me feel pressured. Unlike other dealerships, (Chevy—cough cough*😂) never felt like I had to make a decision on the spot. Miguel followed up professionally, (even after to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase ) gave me the space to make the right choice, and helped me find exactly the vehicle I wanted at an INCREDIBLE price.   Yousef was fantastic from the start and was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire purchase of our Jeep Wagoneer. One of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever done! Finance was fast and easy as well. They both stayed late on a Friday evening well past closing to get the deal done and the negotiation was simple and strait forward.   I highly recommend the outstanding team at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa. I purchased a 2020 Certified Pre Owned Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring Reserve over the weekend. The process was extremely courteous and professional. The Mazda was expensive and had a hiccup after driving it back to the house. I called the Sales team, and they put me in touch with the Service Department. They towed and immediately addressed the issues. When you leave this lot with your purchased vehicle they have your back. That is extremely important and I highly recommend their service and sales team.
