  I recently wrecked my truck and needed one quickly. Rex was an amazing salesman. Didn’t push, listened to what I needed and found me multiple options and had it ready for me the very next day even though they just got it in! Definitely will be back

  My Mom and I went to look for a vehicle and we were greeted by Kobe H. We were looking for specific features and mannnnnnn did Kobe deliver with NOT 1, BUT 2 SUV'S. I wasn't expecting much walking in because I honestly hated the thought of looking for a new vehicle, but after going to Courtesy Ford Kia Lincoln, it felt more like a family!! Everybody was so friendly and kind.. My mom who is almost 70 made a comment about the music, and they changed it FOR HER. We all laughed about it. Amazing dealership all around. I highly recommend to anybody and EVERYBODY. OH, and I cant forget Jess in financing. She will go above and beyond to get you into the vehicle with the best pricing options that she can! Her smilee is makes you feel so at ease and she genuinely wants you to feel comfortable with your rates. Bottom line: GO TO COURTESY FORD KIA LINCOLN. you won't regret it.

  When I walked into this dealership on 11/18/25, it was early evening, I was VERY stressed, crying, and in a vehicle on its very last leg. I’ve had some major life struggles, just started a new job, and could not afford to miss anymore work due to car problems. Randy greeted me-full of energy despite the time of night and he listened to my needs, which were very specific. Ian was super as well, as he is the one who did the trade in evaluation, which I thought was very fair - almost a gift. The finance employee (I don’t have her name), was over the top too-she listened to my needs, and also gave me some great insight on financing. Although I was stressed to the hilt, and upset that I “had to” buy a new car, and just tired of life’s challenges, my experience at Courtesy was exceptional, from start to finish. I ended up with a 2026 KIA Seltos and all my needs were met. The next day, my stress was gone as I finally felt I could go from point A to B and back again - safe and sound. I am very happy and know this was my best dealership experience to date and I’ve had many. So while I entered the dealership in tears, I left with a big ole smile. Thank you Courtesy!! 😊

  I had a great experience with this dealership’s service department. I brought my 2017 Lincoln MKC in for a diagnostic due to some suspension issues I was experiencing. After receiving the report, I asked about their next available appointment and was told that they were booked until the beginning of July. Because they understood how important and urgent this repair was for me, they went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule as soon as the necessary parts arrived. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and updated. When my vehicle finally went into the shop, I asked if they had a loaner vehicle available, and they were more than happy to provide one with no hassle at all. I had also just moved to the area and didn’t have anyone available to give me a ride to pick up the loaner vehicle. One of the sales associates was kind enough to come pick me up at my address and bring me to the dealership, which was incredibly helpful and something I truly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. The level of customer service I received went above and beyond my expectations. A special thank you to Stephanie and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent service and people who genuinely care about their customers.

  Ask for Dylan Marketta, we came here specifically for a F350 truck. Right off the bat, Dylan knew what we wanted and made sure we were ready for a test drive. In conclusion we got it.
