  I had the absolute best experience! This is the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. No pressure, kind and quick communication and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jason Worth helped me out with the sale and Ricky Loyd was my finance man and I truly felt like family! Happy to own a Ford!

  I had an outstanding experience with Courtesy Ford when purchasing my certified pre-owned F-150. For the options, condition, and mileage, it was priced better than anything I could find within 1,000 miles, which immediately caught my attention. My salesperson, Mary, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She even FaceTimed me so I could see the truck in detail before making the few-hour drive to the dealership, which made a huge difference and showed real commitment to customer service. The paperwork process was smooth and straightforward, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on a Ford extended warranty, which was much appreciated. What really sets Courtesy Ford apart, though, is the follow-through. Mary called several times after the purchase just to check in and make sure I was happy with the truck and that everything was going well—a rare and very welcome level of service. When a small TPMS issue came up, the sales manager personally called me, assured me they’d take care of it, and they did—no questions asked. I was extremely satisfied with how it was handled. This is a five-star dealership in every sense. I was impressed with everyone I met, and I won’t hesitate to come back when it’s time for my next vehicle. Highly recommended!
