  I had a great experience working with Justin Alexander at Courtesy Motor Sales - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Altoona. From start to finish, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me into something that didn’t fit my needs. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which isn’t always the case when buying a vehicle. Justin made sure all my questions were answered and kept everything straightforward and honest. I truly appreciated his no-pressure approach and attention to detail. My next truck I'm definitely going to see Justin. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend asking for Justin—he makes the experience simple and enjoyable.

  I purchased a car today at Courtesy Motors today, with the help of Anthony Grillo. I highly recommend contacting him, he is amazing. He was incredibly personable, provided an stress-free visit, and kept it real! I suggest seeing him for any car purchases, he has wonderful customer service!

  Talking first with Chelsea online, then working with John in person, this team at Courtesy Motor Sales did a great job! Chelsea answered all my questions as I was going through the process of figuring out which car I wanted to purchase. In person, John worked with me to get the perfect vehicle and price for me. I walked in and two hours later I walked out with the keys to the car I wanted for an awesome price! I appreciate the time spent explaining all the aspects of the financial part (shout-out to Kelly) as well as the gadgets on the car. Everyone listened to what I wanted (and what I didn't want) and respected my wishes. I will be back for my next vehicle. I recommend the dealership for a great car buying experience. Thanks to all involved!

  I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had at Courtesy. I dreaded the thought of haggling over a new vehicle. This was by far the smoothest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from start to finish. I was fortunate to work with Anthony Grillo. He handled every aspect of my purchase with great care. There was no pressure. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. I was treated like any buyer should be, with respect and understanding of what price point I wanted to be at. He got us there. My trade in value exceeded my expectations. Again, I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

  I was looking for an upgrade as we are a traveling baseball family. I did not really have anything in mind. Rick suggested a Nissan Pathfinder. He was very knowlegable when showing me the different models. He asked me just as many question as I asked him to get me in the best vehicle. He was patient with me, as I am picky and undecisive. I am extremely happy that I got to work with Rick. He did everything he could to get me close to my budget. I will definitely be back for when and if I ever decide I need to buy another car. First time Nissam owner and I am loving it! If you are looking for a new vehicle, Rick is your guy! You wont be disappointed. Kelly in the finance department is pretty awesome too! She worked it at the last minute to get our rate down and made us feel comfortable with the whole signing process. I couldnt be happier with my experience!
