  This is my second time patronizing CR of Adrian for a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership has always been so helpful and responsive. My experiences here have always been easy and fast. Whenever family members or friends are in the market for a car I always refer them to CR and specifically Vince. Vince is just an all around great guy and is always just a phone call or text away. He’s even assisted me with questions and concerns that I had for a car that was not affiliated with CR or Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram brand. CR of Adrian provides exceptional customer service and the entire process is simple and hassle free. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

  Jerrin was wonderful! The customer service at CR is like no other. I showed up for my appointment with a dead phone and he allowed me to use his charger while he got me a crisp Diet Coke from the lobby. All of my questions and concerns were answered with kindness. For a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions! Taylor in financing was also excellent and helped me understand all of the documents I had to complete. Everyone is extremely friendly and you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door! I’m so happy with my car and experience at CR!

  Bryan the salesman posted the Jeep on Marketplace and that's how I learned about it. Jesse the sales manager was great to work with. He gave me out the door pricing without playing the "sales" game. When I came back to pick up the vehicle the paperwork was quick and easy. I would definitely buy from them again! Black w/tan interior! Love it!

  Our experience with CR Motors of Adrian was for the most part, very good. Miguel was extremely professional, personable and helpful. I would recommend family and friends to seek him out as the salesperson to ask for. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years and bought several vehicles from this dealerships. Unfortunately we did experience a big problem with our new van when we got it home. The power steering system went out. As this was a brand new vehicle with only 18 miles on it we were understandably upset and concerned. I called Miguel immediately and he told us to bring the van back. When we arrived we were met by Miguel and the service manager. Our van was driven back to the service department and checked to try to access the problem. When the figured it out we were assured it would be taken care of and explained they would need to order a part but it would not be in until the next business day which was Monday. Even though we were upset, concerned, , inconvenienced and disappointed in not being able to use our new van for a few days, the staff reassured us it would be taken care and a priority. We were offered another vehicle to drive in the meantime time which we appreciated. My only other issue with this whole ordeal was lack of communication. Good customer service requires good communication. As you can expect we were very anxious and waiting for information on Monday but received no notice of what was going on. I contacted the dealership late Monday afternoon to find out if the part had come in, if the van was repaired and when we would be able to pick it up. Apparently the work had been finished in the morning but we were never notified. Needless to say I was unhappy. I worked in customer service for over 40 years and one thing that I know, is you need to keep customers updated and informed, especially if there has been a problem.   Adam Schafer was amazing he really took time and understood what we were looking for and helped make a deal happen in our comfortable range. He and the whole team treated us with so much respect and courtesy it was an amazing. I would drive 2 hours all over again to purchase from them again.
