  After making a 3 hour drive with my mom and 7 year old niece, I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! First off, I have to mention Jonathon. We had been messaging back & forth for awhile trying to get my deal worked out on my now new Nissan Pathfinder, and he was nothing but prompt, honest, kind, and helpful through the entire process. Never pushy, always upfront, and just genuinely great to work with. If you’re looking for someone to help you, he’s definitely the one you’ll want to get with! When we got there, Ross greeted us with a huge smile and immediately made us feel welcomed. He was amazing the whole time we were there. He even kept my niece entertained while we waited by showing her the sweet Dodge Challenger they had in the showroom, lifting the hood for her, and letting her sit in the driver’s seat. She was SO excited and talked about it the whole ride home! Ross was incredibly kind and kept the wait enjoyable😌 Brad was also great at explaining everything when it came to signing paperwork and going over warranties. The entire process was super smooth did everything through the phone and the car was all ready for me when I got there and took less than an hour! Every single person there was friendly and checked on us multiple times asking if we needed anything. You can truly tell they care about their customers. I got a great deal on my Jeep GC trade in and now a new owner of my Nissan! I’m absolutely in love with my new Nissan Pathfinder and so glad I made the drive up there! Since it’s hard for me to personally send friends and family that live farther away, I wanted to make sure to leave a review instead because this dealership absolutely deserves it. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone willing to make the drive — because trust me, it’s worth it!

  I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Gladiator from Logan at Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lebanon, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the first time I walked in, Logan was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in finding the right truck for my needs. He took the time to walk me through all the features, answered every question thoroughly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The 2026 Gladiator is everything I wanted and more — powerful, capable, and exactly what I was looking for in a Jeep. Logan helped me get into the exact build and color I wanted at a fair price.   Out of all the vehicles I've purchased buying a new Jeep from Cronin CDJR in Lebanon was by far the best no pressure experience I've ever had. Everybody that works at Cronin CDJR was polite, friendly, & respectful. I worked with a salesman named Nico. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles that he sales. I worked with Eric one of the finance specialists. I never once felt pressured into buying a product I really didn't want. Eric showed me and let me look over every piece of paper thoroughly before I signed. He explained what everything was and answered all questions before having me sign. I was able to work with Andy the GM. He is a friendly guy. The kind that makes you feel like you've been friends with him for a long time even though you just met. I've stopped in 2 different times just looking and ran into Andy. We've had good conversations and he remembered the vehicles I was looking at the time before. I'm glad I was able to purchase my wifes new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cronin CDJR. It so nice to leave a car dealership with a new car and not feel like you was taken advantage of and were completely transparent. It's the kind of experience that makes return customers. This experience has definitely made me want to purchase my next Jeep from them. Maybe in a few years I'll be back Thank you.

  Stopped today to see the 2026 Dodge Charger. I was disappointed there was such a very small selection. I did talk the Anna who was very nice. She helped me navigate through options and let me test drive the only car on the lot (the electric version doesnt count or exist in my world) I definitely want the 6 cylinder turbo one. Now I need to sell a couple of my vehicles. And either wait for the right ones to show up or order one. Also what was weird Thursday Dodges website allowed me to build a "Header Orange" car. But at the dealer Orange and Silver were not options to be had. I really want Orange with black wheels and blackout package, alpine sound and full leather seats. The glass roof option I'm 50/50 on.

  I am in Texas and purchased a car completely over the phone, and Cronin was great to work with. Excellent communication and fair pricing. My salesman Nico was very responsive, informative, and didn’t blow me off or force me to come in person like a lot of other dealerships do. They even gave me a contact for a transport company to get it to Texas and continued to update me after the deal was closed. This was a far better dealer experience than any I’ve had in the DFW area. Thanks guys!
