  Great experience! Frank was quick to approach us while walking through the lot, ready to simply answer any and all of my ridiculous questions. With no plans to walk away with a new car today, his knowledge and the attention of his coworker, Jeff, allowed us to easily decide to purchase our brand new Kia Carnival. Without hesitation, best car buying experience we’ve had. 2 salesman for the price of 1 over here at Cronin Kia!! Highly recommend, ask for Frank or Jeff!

  The team at Cronin Kia provided the most compassionate and professional car-buying experience I’ve ever had. ​A special shout-out to Cody Hinson, who kicked things off by finding vehicles that fit my exact requirements and perfectly coordinated my introduction to Jeff, my salesman. Jeff Harper was absolutely awesome; he took the time to explain every detail of the process and walked me through every feature of my new car. He even followed up the next day just to see how I was enjoying the drive! That's Harper hospitality! ​In the finance office, Adam did an incredible job. He was transparent, thorough, and I truly felt he had my best interests in mind while explaining the financing options. ​What stood out most was their empathy. My husband couldn't be there due to foot surgery, and both Jeff and Adam went completely out of their way by offering to drive the paperwork—and even the car—to my house for him to sign. That level of care for a customer’s personal situation is rare, and would recommend Cronin Kia to everyone I know.

  Purchased a used Kia from out of state. Jeff, the salesman, and the finance guy, Adam made it all really straightforward and easy. I drove up and it was ready to go just as advertised. I was in and out in no time, they did a great job, very trustworthy.

  The Kia service center was Clean comfortable the people in the service department were very friendly. The communication was straightforward. We were getting an oil change. It was exceptionally efficient. The service agent I dealt with, had an exceptional attitude, very pleasant to deal with something I haven’t seen in a service department in sometime she definitely is an asset to your company.
