  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Stars for JD & the Crown Acura Team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Buying a car can feel like you're negotiating a peace treaty... but JD made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. 🚗😄 JD has a real talent for finding that sweet spot where both the buyer and the dealership walk away happy. No games, no pressure—just honest conversations, fair negotiations, and a deal everyone could feel good about. That's not easy to do, and JD makes it look effortless. 🤝 He's also the kind of guy who makes the whole experience memorable. Whether he's talking about his background in harness racing 🐎 or randomly breaking into a few lines from 🎶 Yellow Submarine 🎶, you can't help but laugh. I came in to buy an Acura and left with a great deal, a few stories, and "We all live in a yellow submarine..." stuck in my head for the drive home. 🚤🎵😂 A huge thank you to the entire Crown Acura team! 👏 🏆 The reception staff made us feel welcome. 🚗 The sales team kept everything moving smoothly. ✨ The detail crew had the vehicle looking showroom perfect. 💰 And the finance team somehow made a mountain of paperwork almost painless... which deserves an award by itself! 😂📄✍️ The whole dealership works together like a championship team, and it shows.   We had a fantastic experience with Breezy and Crown Acura. I didn't even intend to buy that day but Breezy was great to work with. That's not always the case with a salesperson. She let us look and answered our questions while we narrowed down our choice. At first, I only wanted to test drive the Type S with the turbocharged V6 and probably wasn't going to purchase yet. However, the engine was much better than the regular V6, Breezy was incredible and Crown was fantastic to work with. Upfront pricing and no hidden fees or add on fees. One of my most enjoyable car purchases even though we were there a long time which was due to the DMV being down or closed. Would have like to have known our choices on the financing but usually we would have gone to our credit union. So we purchased our MDX Type S and fell in love. The only thing I'd change is the pressure to buy the extended warranty was too much for our taste but that can be a good thing given the higher repair costs for a luxury vehicle. Weigh that for yourself. We are so happy with our MDX and would definitely work with Breezy and Crown again.

  We had a wonderful experience with Crown Acura of Clearwater. Traded in our MDX for a new ADX. Richards Morris and John Lubebke were fantastic! We never felt pressured and they answered all our many questions with kindness and understanding. We feel we got a terrific deal and absolutely Recommend this Dealership! Love our new car!

  Jeremy Stebbins in the service department has been so amazing! He has gone far above and beyond to help, answer any questions, and have wonderful communication. I would recommend him and this service department to anyone I know! Thanks Jeremy! Also, Breanna/Breezy was phenomenal. She was super attentive from start to finish.
