  My wife and I had a great experience working with Tim Williams at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Chattanooga. He came highly recommended by my friend Kenny, the finance and insurance manager (who is also a great asset to the dealership), and Tim definitely lived up to that recommendation. We came in with a good idea of what we wanted, and Tim did an excellent job listening while also offering helpful, well-informed suggestions. He walked us through all of our options without any pressure and helped us land on a Toyota Highlander that we absolutely love. What really stood out was how attentive he was to the details and how smoothly he handled the entire process. Tim made everything quick, easy, and seamless from start to finish. He genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle at a fair price and goes the extra mile (pun definitely intended) to make sure you’re taken care of. Kenny also did a great job clearly explaining the financing and warranty options available, which made that part of the process just as smooth. Overall, Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a top-notch dealership, and I highly recommend asking for Tim if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

  My husband and I recently worked with Greg Bolton at the Chattanooga Crown dealership in purchasing a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I've been wanting to own a Grand Cherokee since 2019 when I saw a friend's up close. Now I'm a proud owner. Greg answered all our questions, was extremely knowledgeable about the Cherokee, was so pleasant to speak with, and helped with absolutely everything. With that, he was never pushy or insistent.   I want to thank the teams, Service and Sales, at Chapman Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for their compassionate and professional care. My trip from Alabama to West Virginia should have been simple, but my truck battery light came on I started calling dealers to evaluate the issue. The first dealer was disinterested in my emergency, down right rude! I won't call them out but they have a Fishy name to go with that behavior! I rang Crown in Chattanooga, still not sure what to do, they listened and told me to come right in, "batteries are an Emergency no appointment necessary"! I drove the additional miles and upon arrival they greeted me and got to work analyzing the issue. It turned out that a part was needed and I had to leave the truck, by the way I was headed to take my friend for surgery and was pulling a trailer! They could tell I was very upset and worked with me for the best solution to get me to West Virginia to be with my friend and to get the truck back on the road. I was so upset. I contemplated trading the vehicle but of course that was not the right answer! Believe it or not even the GM got involved helped me to get their rate for a rental car while they work on my truck. This is Way beyond what anyone would or should expect from a dealership. I picked up the rental car drove back to the dealership. Attached my trailer to the truck. They took the trailer and stored it at their shop, assuring me all would be ok. I am truly grateful and amazed at the entire team and GMs care, concern and treatment! This is the kind of place that Chrysler should be proud of knowing that they represent the sale and service of the vehicles that they built! If you need a new car and live in Chattanooga, I truly suggest that you go and speak to this team and if you own a Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep product, I suggest that you make this service department the one that cares for your vehicle.   I have to say this was the only time I have been comfortable buying a car. Angela Sanders was the bomb. First thing she did was showing me all of the buttons and what they all did. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I looked at this car about a week ago. Thankfully it was still there and I was able to test drive. It rides so nice. So if you’re looking to buy a car anytime soon I would highly recommend Angela Sanders. I’m very happy with my sales experience with her and the Crown Chattanooga Team.

  Drove to Knoxville to see and test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Nistor met us as soon as we started for the building after parking, greeting us warmly. From that moment he was friendly and helpful. We sat in the test drive car for several minutes as he explained many of the features, particularly those our 2016 Grand Cherokee lacked. He thorougly answered all our questions until we were ready to drive the car. At no point did he pressure us to buy the car, but he did make it easy to buy. After Conner, the sales manager increased the trade-in allowance to exceed the price CarMax offered us, we had a deal we could not refuse. I cannot recommend the the dealership, Conner, or Nistor (especially Nistor) more to anyone considering a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep (especially Jeep).
