  ❤️ I absolutely love Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep. When you walk in there, they all make you feel so welcome. Mat, my sales rep was terrific and deserves so much praise. I have been dealing with South Hills Chrysler Jeep for over 15 years and I will not go anywhere else as long as they stay as wonderful as they always have been to me. I can’t remember (maybe Rob his name) but the guy in finance was awesome as well. Thank you a million times over. I have been doing leases for many years. I love my new Jeep Compass limited. ❤️ To all my friends… give my name! We both get incentive.

  Will never be shopping there again. Got a new 2026 with 13 miles on it. Went to get it ceramic coat. They found a spot at the bottom of the door with its bubbles out and paint is peeling. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to tell us how they are gonna fix it. When they were trying to make it sound like we did something to it. Its bubbles out and there is no dent on the inside panel. Still haven't hard anything about them fixing it. Then the first time we used the trunk we noticed the plastic has a big crack in it. This is the first time we used it so again not something we did. My husband wouldn't even tell them cause they don't care about the paint and try to say it was us. With the paint they said we walked around it when you got it. Yeah the spot was at the bottom of the door where you would have had to get on the ground to see it. Its a brand new 42,000 dollar car. So if you do buy from them even the new cars look at them like you would an old car.

  Hands down the best place to buy a vehicle! Mike with finance was great to work with, he kept my 2 year old distracted with toys, while we finalized our purchase! Cody Beck & Cody Peebles worked hand in hand to get us the best approval possible, while Wayne and Evan made the magic happen in detail to make this 2026, Velvet Red, Jeep Cherokee L look perfect! Thank you guys for all your hard work we couldn’t be happier!

  This place is a scam be careful and read your purchase agreement VERY CAREFULLY, we bought a vehicle from crown about 2 years ago and something was off about everything they were pushing us through the paperwork fast and trying to get us out the door. Just went to pay if off and saw on the purchase agreement that they snuck in $4000 charge for aftermarket wheels and tires that we never ordered and definitely never received. And our down payment that we put down only 80% of it was applied to the purchase. Very very shady and this will not be overlooked so do yourself a favor and be careful if you buy from crown read everything carefully they are sneaky!!

  I called the team ahead of time to make sure my truck was available - and they were ready for me when I arrived. Kyle showed me the truck I was interested while Cody and the team valued my trade. After that - the rest of the process was really quick and Mike made the finance piece about as simple as I have seen it. I will definitely be coming back to them when we need another vehicle.
