  Jack made the whole car buying process smooth and stress-free! He helped me get into my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy and was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. The only thing I would say is their detailing department needs to step up their game, Jack ended up doing some cleanup on his own while I was filling out paperwork and although that was really nice of him, it shouldn’t be that way. I absolutely love my new Santa Fe and highly recommend asking for Jack if you’re shopping for a vehicle!

  My husband and I were interested in the Hyundai Santa Fe about two months ago. We went to Crown Hyundai and met Michael Tan, and his wife Tia Harr, and went for a test drive. I had informed Michael we were checking out different makes and models of Mid-size SUV’s and had not narrowed down any final contenders yet. Michael was understanding and informative and at no time did I feel pressured to immediately make a deal. My husband and I continued to test drive several different vehicles, including a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. I had found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Throughout our journey we experienced pushy salespeople and unexplained “fees” on quotes of vehicles we were interested in. I had kept in touch with Michael and had been sending him messages about the Hyundai vehicle preferences we wanted. So when we arrived for another appointment with him, he had one of our to two choices waiting. It turns out we test drove that same vehicle at another dealership the prior week. We just could not commit to making a decision that day and they could not hold it as it was going to another dealership for a customer that wanted that particular vehicle. A few days later Michael contacted me to make an appointment to go over the paperwork to get the vehicle we wanted. He had been working on finding that vehicle for us. We are now the proud owners of a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid in Typhoon Silver with the grey/navy interior. Michael and his wife Tia also helped us program various applications and explained how several features operated. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and their customer service was superb.

  I had an amazing experience with this dealership from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Mike Tan, Tía Har have a honest, patient, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and transparent, which made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. It’s hard to find a dealership that is both reliable and trustworthy, but this one exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a team you can trust. Thank you for making this such a positive car-buying experience!

  Thank you so much, Jack Nash, for helping me find the perfect car! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Jack made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through every step of the process. He truly made me feel like I was in the right place to find my new car. I really appreciated how patient and dedicated he was—if I showed interest in one vehicle and then another, Jack would go back and forth multiple times just so I could see every option. It took me about three days to finally decide on the right car for me (a 2023 Hyundai Sonata SEL), and throughout those days, Jack was incredibly hardworking, patient, and supportive. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and satisfied he even made sure my family and I stayed hydrated! Jack never pressured me into choosing something I didn’t love, he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for.
