  Anthony (Tony) Scopacasa was our Sales Consultant and this was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. This was a new car for our son who is in college, so safety and warranty was a very important part of our purchasing decision. Tony knows the vehicles inside and out and was so helpful in sharing information and answering our questions and concerns. He is confident in the quality of the product they are offering, for good reason, and he presented it so understandably. He is proud of the Kia warranty, quality and value and his approach to that stuck with us, even though we visited four other dealerships, test driving other vehicles. Anthony (the other Tony), also handled our financing portion of the purchase quickly and efficiently. I honestly didn't think I would ever say I had a great car buying experience, but Crown Kia and Tony have won me over! Thank you, we couldn't be happier!~

  Brad Ford was such a nice man that it literally turned my whole day around because I was not in a good mood going in. I absolutely love the car that him and the team helped picked out together with me. I am so happy that he helped me because It was like talking to an actual friend.   We have been looking for a new van for a long time to accommodate my handicap. We finally settled on the 2026 Kia Carnival. Jennifer Jelinski was patient with us and kind while we waivered back and forth on which one we actually wanted. She led us step by step on how to provide the correct documentation for our trade in and stayed late to finish our purchase documents. If you go into Kia, I recommend that you seek Jennifer out.
